Overall the condo is very nice and comfortable. The two decks are wonderful! The flooring could be updated both in the baths and the carpeting throughout, but that is not so surprising in a rental. The water heater should be replaced with a larger one
as there is only enough water for 1 shower. Not having wifi was a big deal to my highly electronic/internet crazed family. The pool area was never crowded b/c of how few condos are in the complex, which is a huge bonus. But there is no poolside loungue chairs
or sunbathing chairs, which I didn't quite understand as this is a usual provision supplied. The spiral staircase is the primary/only access to the pool and beach, which I did not like at all!!! I am terrified of heights, not to mention my fears for the children
slipping with wet feet or just simply falling as children sometimes do. It made it just too scary for me!! There is a gate beside the bldg for access, but it was locked throughout most of our visit.

Housekeeping was not very efficient before our stay this year. Carpet from BR to LR had dirt streak tht my husband cleaned. And I was constantly picking dental floss, threads, etc up off of the floors. But, otherwise, very nice vacation!! We will be back!!!!!

This house is very spacious and very nice. The enclosed sunroom was my favorite place in the mornings...the view was awesome. The location of the house is South of the main beach, which made for less people and it felt more private. We had a wonderful
view of the beach and ocean from anywhere on the back of the house from the two decks. It was great! The house was well maintained, it could use a new coffee pot though and a few new mattresses on the single beds upstairs. The only problem I had was the shower
heads did not adjust high enough for a person who is 6'3", which is what I am, so it made it a little tough when showering. But, hey, it was all good, we were on vacation, complaining was not on the agenda! I was thankful that the house was big enough, and
enough tv's for my family. We had 9 adults & 6 children and we had plenty of room. I absolutely loved the huge sliding doors in the upstairs master made for an awesome view and the room was very spacious. We did see a couple palmetto bugs in the house...which
freaked my daughters out...LOL, but I've lived in Georgia, so they weren't a big thing to me. All in all, we had a wonderful family vacation and we were all satisfied with the Thomas House. We would absolutely rent it again!

Nice property. Easy access to beach. Parking is very restriced with Unit 202 due to air conditioning units. Nice walk to Bubba's Fish Shak which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Enjoyed our stay at this Unit but the 2nd bedroom is very small...think inside cruise cabin..especially the tiny shower. OK for 2 children but not 2 adults. Garden Reality was very responsive to the few items that needed attending.

We have stayed in this unit before and were very pleased. In the 2 years since our last visit, the unit is starting to show wear,in the carpet especially. Also, the dishwasher was falling out of the wall-looks like whoever worked on it last didn't bolt
it back in. Overall, though we do enjoy this unit.

This was our second stay at Seacamp. This vacation had EXTRA special memories because our Daughter's boyfriend proposed to her. Congratulations to the happy couple. We look forward to their April 2012 wedding. We also liked the addition of a TV that was

We had a rocky start to our stay which could have been avoided if someone had told us about the elevator key to penthouse floor---we spent 45 min riding up and down before we were able to get to our floor the first night we arrived---after that everything
was wonderful. I would definitely go back.Also parking garage alittle funny to navigate, so parked on bottom floor and avoided any problems.

Loved the unit....plan to stay same place next year......only one thing I didn't like there was no pool furniture....everything else was great.
