This is an excellent location for a late summer fall vacation. Very quiet, never heard the other renters. So nice to hear ocean during the night. Unit is clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the "nautical" decorating, especially the low country art work and still life photography. Amenities were all one could ask for in a rental condo. Would reccomend possible microwave replacement, old but usable. Wood moulding and bathroom floors starting to show some aging. Overall a good vacation rental experience. The folks from Garden City Realty are outstanding. Hope to see you next September. Glenn and Kathy, Burlington NC.

Roanoke

Very nice and roomy. Had 15 month old with us so the grassy area was great as well as the fence around the pool. Villa does have wifi so that was a nice surprise. Villa was very quiet but close enough to visit the attractions. Washer is new but very loud and dryer took 4 cycles to dry sheets and swim suits so don't do laundry right before you plan on leaving. We would stay here again, very nice visit.

The condo was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The only complaint was there was no table on our deck and the dining room table only had 4 chairs. We really like to set out on the deck to play cards, eat lunch or just listen to the ocean.

The internet was very poor and we have stayed in the building several years now and that is our only complaint...most people do work some on their vacations and it makes it very hard ..with technology today I am sure that could be better

Moonlighting was a great place to stay. We had issues with the plumbing in 4 of the bathrooms and the little apartment kitchen sink
Handyman came at a good response time. He was able to fix the worse bathroom leaks. We also had a tv remote problem 2 missing remotes and 2 which did not work. Handyman brought replacements but they would not work due to age of tvs. Other than the above, we all had a great time (it was a family reunion) and would certainly rent Moonlighting again. The only other annoying issue was the inability of being able to get to apartment without going up and down steps to go back and forth between main house. Its a shame they couldn't have made both first floor decks connect in someway.

I and My sons family have been coming to SC for years. We have always booked our Vacation with Garden City Realty. The place we wanted to stay was already booked so we tried One Ocean Place this time. I can't say enough good things about this place. We had a really Great time. Our check in was great, the condo was clean, in a great location and the people were wonderful. We are planning another trip next year and are going to stay there again. Thanks agian Graden City Realty you came through for us again.

We really like the location. As always its quiet way south of the pier. Our only problem with the property was not enough TV's and there was alot of dust on the furniture in the bedrooms. Also sand on the floors in the two bedrooms down stairs. I mention this because my sister has allergies. Other than that the property had a well equiped kitchen. We cook alot. All and all we had a great vacation. Thank you Garden City Realty. We will be back next year!
