I have been coming to One Ocean Place for vacations since I was 16 years old with my parents. I'm 37 and I now come to visit with my own family. It never fails to provide nice and clean accommodations and is close enough to whatever we want to do without being on the crowded part of Myrtle Beach. All in all, a wonderful place to stay!

The location was great. Condo was clean. Staff was very friendly. Great price! The only negative comment was the spiral stair case was pretty difficult to walk up and down. Pool was fun, great parking. Had a great time!

My family has enjoyed renting this property for three years. It is great even for the people who do not enjoy going out on the sand and getting in the water. You get a spectacular view from the glassed in porch. I would recomment this for all people, especially for families with older adults.

How surprised we were that the sheets and towels were already sitting on the bed waiting for us to make the bed up - other houses we stayed at, they were left in a huge bag and we had to hunt for the right size for the bed we had.

This was the 12th year we've stayed at the Jim, Mel, Lou and we will be back. The house isn't fancy, but very comfortable with a wonderful beach location and plenty of room to enjoy our Garden City vacation.

Beautiful view of the marsh at all times of day. The wildlife was great to view. The beach just a short walk. Would love to stay again.
The home did a few repairs, bathroom floor, towel bar in one of the bathrooms kept falling.
Overall, great, however.

The elevator makes luggage and grocery delivery a breeze. The kitchen, living/dining area and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Only drawbacks are the small bathrooms and the dune that makes it a bit of a hike to the beach and obstructs the view of the beach.

The most relaxing vacation ever! Realty office on location made checking in a breeze, very efficient and convenient. Our room was great, awesome view, very clean, furnishings were very nice, all the kitchen supplies you need. Extremely quiet, no noise from other units. We are very pleased with our stay at Surfmaster and we are already planning another vacation for May 2012.

We felt so comfortable and at home in the condo. It was spacious,beautifically decorated and marvelous view. Even with rain showers our week was every thing we could have wanted. We also found many great restaurants in Murrells inlet and the Conch Restaurant just up the road. We will definitely come again.
