I know that if I have a problem, Mary (at front desk) will give it her immediate attention. When I call the office for anything it is always addressed. If they can't handle it they might contact the owner. We have been coming to surfmaster for about 9 years, and will be back next year. Some of the furnishings could be updated, but overall we are satisfied. Love all the upgrades being done with landscaping and overall appearance with attention to details.

We love the condo and are still there til the end of April and have already commited for three and 1/2 months next year. It is tasteful decorated and everything is there needed to cook. A mixer would be a nice addition.

This condo has everything a renter could want! The condo is beautiful and looks like it was decorated by a professional designer. The unit is also very comfortable and convenient. The owners obviously take pride in thier condo and keep it well maintained. The unit is on the end of the north building and there is some noise from the equipment situated between the buildings but it is not loud enough to disturb you. We stayed the enire month of February and have no complaints and liked the unit so much that we have reserved it for 2013. If you stay here I'm certain you will be pleased!

We loved the house! It was perfect for our large group! The only problem we had was that the dryer in the main house did not work very well. It took several cycles to get a load of clothes dry.

Living room furniture & beds very comfortable. Overall unit needs some serious TLC. Carpets are badly stained, walls are marred & need painted, blinds need replaced, kitchen countertops starting to peel, entryway tile loose. The unit is nice, but it could be lovely. As always, staff at GCR was wonderful & we look forward to our family vacation in June.

We liked our rental.Well furnished and equipped. Location for us was perfect great beach and close to fishing pier.We will return next year but will stay two weeks.Only negitive we were to close to hot tub.
