Could not sit on the deck chairs after 11:00 pm. I saw countless stunned guests asked to leave by the security guard. You should change that. Will take that into account when looking for a place next time.

We just completed a vacation stay at One Ocean Place 202. The unit was clean, spacious and had a great view - we really enjoyed the large balcony. The condo facility was clean and we felt safe due to the constant presence of their security personnel. We hope to return next year.

A lot of steps to climb for us older folks, but that would be the same at any of the beach rentals. We all enjoyed our time there very much. Although it was cut short by Hurricane Irene. We left a day early. A great place.

The stay was wonderful, condo was beautiful. However, a renter needs to be made aware at check-in that, in the event of a late arrival, the keys could be found in the box outside. I finally learned of this after a panic-stricken phonecall, When I got to the office to pick up the keys, there was another couple there, as well, who had no idea the keys were in the box outside. So, it would be my recommendation that this information is given at the time a reservation is made.

Adore Marlin Quay - location, view, etc. Unit 202 could use some TLC - new window treatments tops on the list - the blinds need to be replaced. New TV's wouldn't be a bad thing, but again, it's a rental unit, so I get it! Wish the owners had mentioned cats - bad allergic reaction. Still, Marlin Quay is just fantastic as is the crew at GCR! Happy New Year!
