Had a great time woke up to a great sunrise every morning. Room had a few minor things wrong but they we very willing to address them. Rooms were all clean. We will return!! Beach was nice as well and so close to room.

Terrific property and location. Kids loved hottub and pool particularly when whether didn't permit getting in ocean. We enjoyed all the games and books available in the house. It would have been nice if the property was better equipped with supplies such as toilet paper, dish soap, etc.

We love One Ocean Place and are still here til the end of April. Garden City Realty is very helpful, especially Patricia Reed. On my last review I mentioned it would be nice to have a mixer in the kitchen and one day, Vicki from Housekeeping Department arrived at the door with a mixer provided by Garden City. We refer all our friends and family to them for their vacation stays in Myrtle Beach, also enjoy the breakfast get togethers provided by Garden City.

Overall, very good, location apartment etc. WI-FI was bad to non existent. The second smaller bedroom would be for very small non claustrophobic people The wooden floor was dirty according to the bottom of my feet and socks. It took some time to discover where the lobby was and Everything else was great. Please don't advertise Wi-Fi as a feature for those who must maintain computer connection with the outside world.

This is a great unit. Our only problems (slight) were internet access but that was solved by your professionals. And the fact that the AC unit in the condo was very loud. It worked well so we didn't say anything and in fact don't know if the noise was normal. Otherwise a great stay and we are hoping to be back next year although we couldn't get the same unit for both February and March.
