The location suits all the needs of my family, with a boat ramp, and dock on inlet for me. Close walk to beach, right across the street, for others. Our rental property was spotlessly clean!! There were plenty of linens available and lots of needed utensils. The location was perfect for us! It was quiet, spacious, with tons of things nearby to do. Everything was in great condition and the staff were very professional and helpful. I can't wait to come again - I will stay in the same place again!

This is a beautiful condo, huge living area, large balcony, great view, good beds, and both baths directly join each bedroom. Our only small concern was the A/C. It was a bit noisy, with some difficulty adjusting the temp, but it would not keep us from staying there again. We love GC area since it is away from the congestion. GC Realty was very helpful. We had a great time.

We absolutely loved this unit. It had EVERYTHING we needed and more! It was beautiful, CLEAN, decor fit the beach atmosphere and beds were so comfortable! Ocean One Place was secure, pools clean, and lots of chairs for sun bathing. It was a wonderful vacation!

The unit we rented at Surfmaster, #709, was wonderful. It was a 1 bedroom, 1.5 baths, oceanfront with 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. Great location, 1.2 miles to pier (walking). The condo was cozy, nicely decorated and very well equipped. Loved the ocean views from the balcony. I highly recommend this unit and would stay there again.

The stay at the Boat House was a great experience. The virtual tour was very accurate,
everything it appeared to be,also a very short walk to a beautiful beach access. I am ready to book it again for next year.
