the trees in front of the house are too large and block any view that one might try to enjoy from the decks. there are several light bulbs that are out and need to be replaced. the lock on the door needs to be lubricated or replaced as it doesn't work with ease.

This was a golfing vacation, great location, right on the ocean, great courses and dining within 20 mins. plenty of room to relax, after a round of golf. the condo had everything we needed, and had a nice view of the beach and ocean.

Grammy's is a great location especially if you are a beach goers. The house is very nice and comfy though sleeping 13 may be a challenge especially with only 3 small bathrooms. The master bath shower was not working properly while we were there and is very tiny but there was only four of us so we were very comfortable. The porches are fantastic as are the amenities and there is an outside shower which we did not expect. Furnishings were great. If you decide to rent for bike week be certain you like noise because the intersection the house sits on is a busy 4 way stop to other units in the area. The only drawback was the grounds around the home are natural sand and weeds that allow for no doggy walk area. Though we pick up after our alb dog it was an inconvenience to walk down the street. Overall we would go back again. Enjoyed the stay and vacation. Thanks Garden City and Grammy!

We stayed for three months. The fire alarm going off at least 5 to 6 times during our stay was annoying. No fires reported. Syste4m needed to be upgraded which was done while we were there. When the high school spring baseball and softball teams came in before Easter, the parents and students were not going by the rules of the resort, including after hours of noise on the deck and firecrackers after midnight hours on the beach. I would recommend not staying there whenthe high school breakers come to Myrtle Beach.

Overall is was a good experience. Just a couple of smsll things. Ants on the countertops but we were able to keep them away with ant traps. One bedroom user reported ants in the bed but calling maintenance they came out quickly to take care of the problem.

With having a duplex I was under the assumption that Garden City Rental did not rent to young adults on spring breaks. We had young adults that came and stayed at separate times (4 days each) while on our stay. While mostly very well behaved there were a lot of them in one duplex and did party loudly a couple of nights...making it difficult for our balcony bedrooms to have quiet time to sleep.

They were not rowdy enough to be obnoxious and quieted down when asked. I was just surprised to find them able to make a rental.

I think I would prefer a single house or the entire house in the future.

The staff at Garden City Rental was always very helpful and gracious with all my phone calls to them.

The condo has been redecorated,updated and was beautiful. Kitchen was fully equipped with very nice dishes and small appliances. Master bedroom had a comfortable bed. View from third floor balcony was very nice. Overall stay was pleasant and relaxing, so much so, we reserved the unit for the same time in 2013.
