The best part of this unit is the location and view! The condo is a bit dated, but was very clean. Garden City Realty responded very quickly to our one small issue. I would stay here again.

Could use a little more updating and a paint job, but it seems as they are doing a little bit at a time, which in understandable! Overall a GREAT place!! Very much enjoyed it. Great beach access!! Had a great time.

We stayed July 28th thru August 4th. We had 8 adults and 8 kids, there was plenty of room, we loved this house and really enjoyed the pool. Kitchen was well equipped, air conditioning was great, we never got hot. I wish I had the beds at my house, very comfortable. Loved watching the wild life over the marsh, and there was never any bad odors from it. I highly recommend this house. The only bad thing that happened was my husband became sick and spent 3 days in the hospital.

Love the proximity to the beach. 111needs new bed, could use bathroom update. Gets noisy at night due to hot tub but security pretty strict with following the hours posted. Overall, the buildings appear older. Stairwells need cleaned better...cigarette butts & litter present. Parking can be an issue.

This is our 3rd yr. staying at The Surf Master. We usually stay in a 3bdrm,
Condo , this yr. we went to a 2bdrm unit. The unit itself was well kept &
clean. However, the living room furniture was not the most comfortable.
The 2nd bdrm had 2 twin beds that both of our children said were
Uncomfortable . Other than that , it was a nice unit and we will continue
to stay at Surf Master properties.

We enjoyed our stay at SurfMaster and plan to stay there in September if possible.The condo was beautiful and just what we needed. Only thing we would have liked ceiling fans in bedrooms and living space.

First, I must say how great and friendly and professional the staff is at Garden City Realty. I was thoroughly impressed! It took seconds for them to check me in and get my keys..and after a long ride, it was refreshing!
The condo was great, and I had no problems at all! Would rent from them again for sure.

Our stay was great!!!! It was so relaxing and had everything we needed. The porch was nice to sit and rock all during the day and at night. The pictures on the website does not do the house is much better!!!! We hope to return next year.
