We had a very enjoyable time. The new owners did a lot to make the condo feel like home, we loved the wall colors & the decor. The owner also had a lot of extras, like games, puzzles & my grandkids loved the locker area in the living room, the kitchen was stocked well with pots & glassware, needed more dishes that were microwavable & I missed not having a garbage disposal. The sofa was not the best and the item that really needs replaced the most is the washer & dryer, way to small for all 8 of us. We reviewed the owners renovating book & hope they can work on the things I have listed. We plan on coming back & have stayed at FVD14 before & we hope to again in the future. Thanks!

our stay at atalaya towers 1506 was wonderful. garden city realty was very pleasant and efficient. the unit was beautiful and the view was amazing. the unit could use some more dishes - only had 5 plates and 4 bowls - with only 5 in our party it still was not enough. the complex could use some bigger trashcans in the lobby. the elevator did break down a few times but it does get a lot of use / abuse. it was a wonderful place and locations was perfect.

We've been returning for several years and it is a nice place to stay overall. We rent 3 units and believe it would be good to designate the outside parking spaces for vehicles with 'travel caps'on top, so guests don't have to remove it to park. We also noticed people parking in an outside space and swim in the pool and then leave. There was no parking sticker on the vehicle.

this was our 9th year at either Doctor's orders or Doctor's RX....the place is great for our 2 families...the furniture had been cleaned from last year which was a must....not sure how the floors were cleaned but walking barefoot on them created very dirty feet...I would not walk barefoot in the house because of that...other small repairs were needed....broken chain in tank of toilet...non working vent fan in a bathroom and ice maker not working in refrigerator...reported at check out.....we really love this property but the price is getting so high per week we are not sure about next summer...waiting to see what rates will be for 2013......

I was only displeased with one thing and that was the parking if you left late in the evening and got back late there was no place to park. If the owner wasn't going to be there that week they should have to give up there parking.

We had some concerns about the climate control upstairs with being too cool, then too warm, Maiantenance came and adjusted. The kitchen utensils need an update for use in cooking. Could use more baking dishes for use. the carpet throughout the house really needs to be cleaned. The pool wall nearest the hotub needs to be repaired. We had a great week week and enjoyed the house with our family. We would be interested in getting this house again next summer.

Beach House 109 was exactly what we wanted in a vacation rental. The location of the first floor, corner unit can't be beat! We hope to return!

We have been going to the beach as a family for over 50 years. First time we stayed in Garden City always stayed at Cherry Grove. Loved this house, loved the location. Kids loved the location. They could walk to pier or Sam's. House had lots of space for family time. A few of the mattress's need replaced everything else about the house was great. Can't wait till next year!
