Overall, we were well pleased with our holiday experience. The reservation was exactly what we had expected based on what was offered in the online pictures and descriptions. Unit was very spacious and very comfortable for 7 of us. The owner and management of Garden City Realty were professional in addressing a technical issue with the Wifi and phone in a proficent manner. Ease of access to the beach and pool was great for the kids.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Surfmaster 711. There was enough room for the 15 of us to eat some meals together in the penthouse and plenty of space for everyone to have room to relax without feeling crowded. The condos met all of our needs--ages ranging 3 months through 73. I was very pleased with the parking provided as I have experienced not enough spaces for the units rented in other condos. The rooms,the view, and the beach were lovely.

Very enjoyable stay. We loved the location. It was private and peaceful. The size & layout of the home was perfect for our large family. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub & gazebo. We had family ranging in ages 18 to 75 & this house had something for everyone. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Very nice place, beachfront with a pool, couldn't ask for more. Our house was a little small and wasn't the easiest for someone in our family with a walker to maneuver around, but we will definitely go back again next year :)

Absolutely love Surfmaster. The location is great and the units are some of the best. There were just minor maintenance problems such as light bulbs, stained pillows and sofabed mattress but all in all a nice place. Would recommend and will most probably stay there again. We have stayed in this unit twice and another penthouse unit once.

Rainbow's End was excellent for our stay. There was nine of us (all over 23 years of age) and we had plenty of room. The front porch and big side yard were added pluses, as we could sit outside as a group and/or play games in the yard. The kitchen had everything one could want to make large meals...you do not need to bring anything. The only drawbacks were: the beds needed new mattress covers, a couple were held together with duct tape, and there is no real view of the ocean. All in all a great family has stayed in 5 different locations over the past 5 years....we may now have found us a place to stay for years to come.

This was our 5th year in Garden City and our 3rd rental with Surfmaster. This was our favorite room! It was nicer than any other rental we have had there. The chair and umbrella service was included in this unit. We will be back to Surfmaster and will definitely request unit 709!

So pleased with this condo. Was a little worried because previous guest had said not well stocked, but apparently the owners heard your complaint. Could not have asked for a better stocked condo, especially kitchen. I took way too much, so here's hoping that all that stuff will stay because next year I will not be bringing all that. Have already booked for 2013. Loved it. :) Please change my city from Basley to Easley before you post my name. Thank you.

Our room was gorgeous! Particulary loved the deck furniture! The grounds were clean and well-kept and the staff was extremely helpful. Hadn't stayed with Condotels in a while and was disappointed they no longer supply light daily cleaning, towel exchange, and garbage pick-up. Was also disappointed that the unit was advertised as having Wi-fi, but found when we got there, the service had been turned off. However, the realty company promptly contacted the owner and the Wi-fi was reconnected three days into our stay.

I loved the stay there, our family had a great time. I loved sitting on the porch on the rocking chair, watching the ocean......the house was home away from home. We will stay there everytime we visit surfside......
