The house was very roomy. We had plenty of space and the kitchen had many supplies to cook with. The house was in a great location from the beach it only took a few minutes to walk there. The pool was also great except for when it rained. There is a palm tree close to the pool and when it would rain it would was a lot of dirt into the pool from the tree. The only disappointment was the bedding. The pillows, mattress covers, and blankets seemed dirty and we had to wash them before making our beds which took time from us being on vacation. Maintence from Garden City was great, the washer would not drain and the maitence man told us this happens all the time and it was clogged up for a while, but he got it back up and running in no time. We would stay here again.

Beautiful unit.... I always have stayed in Sandy Shores for the past several years and LOVE the location. It has everything you could need or want. Every year there just keeps geting better and better !!!!!!!

Our family of 16 in one house? You might think this is going to be a disaster! Mariposa is just the place - only when seated around the dining room table do you realize just how many folks are in the same house. It's absolutely wonderful for our family. From the management company who works with us every month as we pay off our vacation prior to coming all the way through checkout it's so easy. We love having the beds made prior to our stay as well. After driving 8+ hours the last thing you want to is make all those beds. This is a service worth paying for. We're free to jump into the pool or ocean and enjoy the first day to the fullest. I'd definitely recommend Mariposa to anyone with a large family. Thanks Garden City Realty for your help over the years and to the owners for allowing us to stay at your beautiful house. FYI - a spring on the screen door might keep it from getting caught in the wind and help keep the lower screen to keep from tearing. This always proves to be a problem even though we try to be vigilent about closing it carefully the younger children have trouble with it when the wind is blowing. See you next summer!

We had a great vacation, our only problem was getting kicked out of the pool by property management. I was in the pool with my 5 yr old niece drinking a bottle of water and was kicked out because other people were drinking. Nobody was causing a problem and the manager was very rude. My niece was very upset. Situation handled poorly by manager

It was our second time in 1106 and was great again love the view would recommend staying here! The only complaint we have is the elevators need some attention very slow and in bad need of some air conditioning

this is our 2nd time staying in Sea Master 402, we love the view of the ocean from the balcony. The only complaint I have is we went to watch a dvd and the cables were missing that connect the tv to the dvd player also we went to make milk shakes and found there was no blender. Other than that we love staying at the Sea Master. I like how they refinished the concrete by the swimming pool. We look forward to staying in 402 again

Beautiful views, short distance to ocean, nice size of building (only 8 units). The condo unit was nice, and we were very happy. My only suggestions would be to get new glassware (glasses cloudy, no matter how hard I scrubbed), new silverware (spoons damaged from garbage disposal), and there is a very strange smell in the master bathroom.

This house accommodates 15 people. However, one drawback to it is there are no large serving dishes or mixing bowls to cook for that many people. Also, had a few palmetoes that were in the house. Not good when they are on your bed.
