I have stayed at the Waterforde several times and while 403 was not my favorite unit, it was still nice. It could definitely use some upgrades to improve a guests stay. TV's in the bedrooms would definitely be a plus, especially for those guests with children! But overall, had a great time and pretty nice place!

The rental was ready early and we were allowed to check in. I like having towels and sheets provided, but having the washer/dryer to do my own laundry. I don't really like daily maid service. The towels were plentiful. Parking was good. I hope to stay here again.

we love garden city. garden city reality is who we try to always rent from. sea oaks is in great location the building does need work and paint but we would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week! The location of Glad Tidings could NOT have been better!! We loved the house, pool, boat dock, and EASY walk to the beach! The views from all windows were fabulous, too! The only slight complaint was the swing and hammock area, under the house, was littered with used cigarettes. Other than that, we were very pleased and are hoping to schedule our stay there for 2013!

Great location, easy access to beach, nice unit. I only wish there had been internet access as well as the balcony was not as private as anticipated (being right in front of pool area on first floor) Other than that, great place and enjoyable time!!!

We just love everything about Sundial 21. The layout, the view, location, the pool, the beach. Maintenance was quick, the women in the office are always very helpful and kind. This was our 2nd stay there and plan to stay there in the future.

Bloomfield Hills

While showing some aging, we continue to enjoy our times at Tee Time. We hope that the owner evaluates the property and makes appropriate upgrades/replacements.
