Unit no. 1211 at Royal Garden Resort was very nice. It was obviously well maintained and very clean. Everything was in good working order. I would like to thank the owners and whoever maintains this place for being so thoughtful. Having such a nice place to stay really enhanced our vacation experience.

This unit was nice, but having carpet in any unit near the beach is a problem. The one reason we love beach house 109 is it has hardwood floors. It does not stink at all and you can just sweep up with a broom. The carpet did not smell as bad as others units in Garden City. I will only rent units without carpet from know on. Over all it is nice to stay right on the beach and the building was quiet and the pool is nice. We love the location of beach house and Garden City. We love the Hot Fish Club best food in Garden city. Also the Porch needs a table and High back Chairs so you can see over the rail.

Great check in. Perfect location except for the air condition out side. on the 6th floor it was a bit annoying while on balcony. Higher up would have been better.

we had a wonderful week at your facility. the condo was in very good shape. positives - spacious, bathrooms in very nice condition, wonderful deck. negatives - kitchen was a little grungy & could use updating, beds were not very comfortable. service was excellent - coffee pot was broken, new one was brought up within minutes of my contacting the rental office. beach was well maintained. would definitely consider staying here again in future. thank you for a wonderful week!

I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Myrtle Beach! I traveled with two 7 year-olds and they had a blast. They kept asking if they could come back every year. The room was spacious. The location was fabulous as it was right off of the elevator which came in handy when we were lugging in our beach stuff. Wonderful proximity to awesome food and delivery! My first night there I misplaced my room key and the staff very quickly (and after hours) met me at the property and replaced my keys. I am definitely coming back next year!

The only thing that was funny was the king bed. Even made up you could see the two indentions on either side, lol. made it hard to sleep in the middle! Otherwise, it was all very nice!!!

This was a lovely condo with a spectacular view. The furniture was in good condition and the large t.v. in the livingroom was a nice surprise! I was happy to see that it was CLEAN upon arrival.This unit could use more silverware though. Also, it was stocked with glass cups but we needed plastic for the children & use at the pool before we went shopping. Not a big deal, but we purchased some to leave behind. It would be helpful if there was at least 1 roll of toilet paper in the condo when you first arrive. With that being said, this was the best condo I've stayed in while on vacation. My grandchildren exploded with excitement when they saw the view from the livingroom. I felt like I was on a ship! We all enjoyed the pool & hot tub. I felt like I was "spoiled rotten" with the awesome surroundings inside and out. I would love to rent this unit again next year!

IT WAS A TRULY WONDERFUL VACATION AND LOCATION FOR ALL OF OUR CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN THE BEACH THE POOL THE LOCAION ALL FANTASTIC WOULD GO BACK AGAIN IN A HEART BEAT.
