This unit was perfect for two people. Couldn't have asked for a better location & really liked the door from the balcony down to the beach! Had a few rainy/cloudy days & couldn't get the dvd player to work with either tv, otherwise place was just what we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Had a great week!

Overall the condo was great. Location was awesome! The walls are very thin so sleeping was a challenge some times. We had 2 young children with us. The air conditioning was not evenly vented through out the condo. One bed room was very warm while another was very cold.

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Garden City.We have been coming here for 18 years and love it. Beach is great and the condo is always clean and nice and the staff at Garden City reality alway great.

A great stay, the house was well stocked and clean. We only seen one bug it was already dead. Would recommend to anyone. The beds were very comfortable. Only thing was the screen door off the back porch it needs some repair, prpbably the entire porch needs to be rescreened and made more sturdy.

Now I know September is a great time to go to Garden City. Management staff very helpful. Love the convenience of beach access. Surfmaster is a favorite.

the best of the oceanfront and inlet fishing with the added bonus of perfect weather. We were small in numbers, yet plan to come again and take advantage of all the space the house has to offer. We definitely like a "real" beach house! Great shell collection.

First time staying here......a great home. Close to the water on both sides. Nothing better than the morning on the beach, pool in the afternoon, and watching the sunset accross the inlet.

Great vacation home, especially for the elderly. It is handicap accessible with elevator and handicap bathroom facilities. Our family enjoys fishing on the inlet and the view is FOREVER!
