The condo was conveniently located on a fairly uncrowded stretch of beach and within walking distance of the pier. The property was well maintained. We saw an outdoor maintenance person every morning sweeping, hosing and straightening in the deck and pool areas. Our unit was lovely. The view is terrific. We enjoyed the balcony. Parking was never an issue the time of year we traveled. The deck area was often full of sunbathers so chaise were not always available. An elevator in the building would be a welcome plus. The reservation, stay and check-out could not have been much smoother.

Excellent, everyone had a good time and the weather could not have been better. The views were wonderful expecially the sun rise in the mornings. The only complaint would be the bed pillows should be replaced!! Kitchen was well equipped and the trouble with the air conditioner was fixed promptly. Would rent this property again.

Marshfield

We found our unit to be exactly as shown in the video. Every thing was neat and clean. Our dryer was not working properily,and it was fixed within 24 hours. The view was FABULOUS,it was hard to leave even to go out to dinner. We preferred eating in. Wonderful restaurant just up the beach you can walk to. We preferred the two bedroom,two full bath even though there was just the the Wtwo of us because then the master bedroom is facing the ocean rather than in the back of the unit. Pools are clean,beach is quiet,grocery store close,plus plenty of good restaurants. Next time I will only pack half as many clothes.lots of nice people and quiet. Our only negatives would be to keep the elevators a bit CPR cleaner,and new mattresses for our unit. We loved the fact we didn't have to bring our own linens and that they had maid service upon departure. It is hard enough packing to leave this place, and if we would have to clean it would have depressed us more. We liked the idea that Maids were not coming in every day. We stayed for two weeks so I just washed the sheets once and the towels every few days. Oh, I wish the lawn furniture on the deck was more comfortable,we looked to buy one chaize lounge and leave it but couldn't find one.

Liked unit and location very much. Would stay again. Did have 2 negative points. Saw 4 roaches inside which was a little unsettling. Though nothing was said to office, exterminator did come by while we were there. Also mattress cover on king bed was not as clean as we would like. Everything else was great, especially tv's.

I've never stayed at the beach in September before, but I must stay it was great. Having your own boat ramp was excellent. The dock was in good shape and we spent many hours fishing there. Havomg a half bath in the laundary room was excellent. It meant that you did not have to run upstairs from the dock. The house itself felt very spacious. The shell displays were fun. The two upstairs bath were large for this type of beach house layout. Some may say the house was dated, but to us it was fine. Located across the street from the beach and beach access only made it better.

This was our 2nd stay at Flora Villa and we plan on staying here every year. Love the pool, the people, the price and how close it is to the beach. You just can't beat it. It really has it all. See you next year...

The view from the 6th floor was spectacular. Rooms were adequately furnished. Garden City Management was very responsive. Needed more attention to the stove, silverware and carpets. A great 7 day holiday.

Loved everything about it except I agree with other reviews that the TV definitely needs repolacing with a larger screen. Spent many wonderful hours on the screened porch enjoying the veiw and just hanging out. Kitchen was well stocked with everything. September is a good time to come if you want to avoid the summer tourist crowds.

This unit was perfect for two people. Couldn't have asked for a better location & really liked the door from the balcony down to the beach! Had a few rainy/cloudy days & couldn't get the dvd player to work with either tv, otherwise place was just what we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay here again. Had a great week!
