We enjoyed our stay at Summer House-Waddington. My sister and I brought our 87 yr.old Mom down for a couple of days and it was close enough to the beach that she could walk and we all loved the rocking chair front porch!I would definately stay there again!

We had a very relaxing stay at the Lazy O. The house had little extras like laundry baskets in each room and puzzles in the dining room that made you feel at home. We loved the porches and the hammock. Hope to stay there again soon!

While there were things with the condo that needed some TLC (no screen from living room to patio, carpet needing cleaning or replacing and broken lock on master bedroom sliding door--which was fixed upon a call to management), the condo was well stocked and clean and roomy with some care and thought to the decor. The couches were fairly new and comfortable. Having tvs and dvd players in each room was very convenient. Wireless worked great. Appliances were clean and almost new. The linen package was nice and appeared to include a roll of toilet paper and a bar of soap for each bath, which was nice when you first arrive and haven't gone to the grocery yet. The view was magnificent--not too high up but high enough to get a beautiful view, especially sunrises each morning, and far enough away from the noisy, massive air conditioners that are bothersome if you are in other rooms closer to them as we were on a previous trip. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The swivel chair in the living room should never be replaced but needs reupholstering--it is a great chair. Parking was very convenient, and I noticed that the common property had been generally landscaped beautifully and painted since our last visit 4 years ago. The location is great, walking distance to restaurants on the beach and a 5-minute drive from a Krogers/package store/fresh veg and seafood stands.

For a second year, this home is perfect for our family. It includes an elevator needed to "Great Grandmother" into the house. When it did not work the owners had it fixed immediately.

The rental was wonderful. I definitely needs a paint job and bathrooms could be updated, but overall was great. I was a little annoyed that they did not even put a mattress pad on the king bed. Loved the tile and furniture - so much better than rugs and fabric. Jacuzzi was great. A/C worked great. Very often have a problem on vacation. During the day you did have to close the blinds or the sun did heat the place up a bit.

Basically no problems with this stay. Had 2 six-legged visitors inside. Cabinetry could be updated. Comfortable furnishings, great view. One Ocean is really a nice place to vacation.

Loved the location. The one negative was we could smell cigarette smoke. We think it was coming from the unit above us through the vents and being non-smokers it was very bothersome.

This was the 2nd year in a row we rented this house and it will again be a vacation I will never forget! My boyfriend of 4 years proposed to me and now we are planning our wedding to have in Myrtle Beach and plan on renting this house and a few others for our wedding guests! We LOVE Garden City and can't wait for next year!!!

We were upset with the length of time that it took for the cleaning crew to have the unit ready. It was after 3 p.m. by the time we got in.

We have stayed at SurfMaster for the last several years. Have stayed in Condo #1106 twice. Very nice condo, clean, nice furniture, and very comfortable bed. The balcony view is spectacular.

The condo was very nice. Everything was clean and in good working condition except the main patio door. It only opened part way and was very hard to slide. The hot tub was clean but the water was not very hot. Overall it was a nice place to stay.
