Everything was fine. The only thing I would add to the place is a hot tub. Some of us also had trouble with so many steps, but not much can be done about that. The kitchen was well supplied and everything worked well. The rooms were a bit small, but adequate. All the floors were either hard wood or tile, which was hard on our feet. If we come back to MB for a future family event, we would stay there again.

The Condo was beautiful and fairly clean, we did find a dead **** Roach in an open area that should have been seen by the cleaning staff. Also the sliding door going to the balcony, the runner the door slides on is wearing out and the door wants to keep going off track. Someone could be seriously injured if it should fall on them. I thought it was going to fall once when I was trying to open it and my husband had to put it back on track. Just sayin.

We love staying at Sanderling and have booked for next year. But this year there were a few maintinenc problems all the street side lights were blown out, and the flood lights didn't work. We had no garbage can, the toaster didn't work and there were still bugs. We did tell the office about everything except the lights as it was the end of out stay. All in all we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We had a large party and this house was great for our family. The nice thing was it had two of everything and a stand alone ice maker that allowed us to fill our coolers and take to the beach everyday. The location was great and the pool was just right for smaller children. would highly recommend.

We visited Garden City in Sept. 2012. The condo was very nice and I especially enjoyed the balcony. The view was gorgous! It was a nice week for relaxing in the sun.

This rental property was overall very nice. The furniture in the living and dining room was very comfortable. The mattresses on the beds were very uncomfortable. The owner needs to upgrade the mattresses for the price he is charging for the condo. The owner also said there was a Keurig coffee maker, but we never found it. Had to have the TV in the living room serviced because their was no picture. This should have been checked and taken care of prior to our arrival. Otherwise we had good weather and enjoyed the week.

Terre Haute

Our family couldn't be happier with this condo. It's in a terrific location across from a wonderful restaurant on the inlet side and provides a clean beach with easy access on the ocean side. The pool & the building was clean and well-maintained. Will definitely stay here again when we vacation next time!
