Great condo for my family. Plenty of space and the porch was great. I loved the pool and the private stairs off the porch. Check in and out was very easy. Great price for being off season. Hope to stay there again in the future.

We are three semi-retired women from Ann Arbor and one from Greensboro and we have been getting together at Tee Time for a week every October for years. We love the front porch!! The kitchen is spacious and well fitted out. The best part, of course, is the ocean--the lovely beach, the waves crashing on the shore, the marvelous sunrise. Then there are the consignment stores that are such great fun, and mini golf--we like Gilligan's Island and Mt. Atlanticus (sp?) the best. We did a boat tour on the river this year that was wonderful too. Lots to do. Oh, the flea markets! Such fun. Can you tell we like it?

The condition and location of this cottage was great. My family spent more time on the beach this year than in years past. Garden City is now our favorite destination.

The house was great and has a beautiful view. It was fully stocked with just about anything you might need. I was impressed that the walls didn't seem paper thin like many rentals. All the families pretty much stayed on the stretch of beach in front of the homes and there was no crowding because the public beach access is much further up (off season). I would recommend it to a friend and stay there again.

The description of Summer Breeze is very good, but when you actually see how close you really are to the beach. It's AMAZING. The property is very nice. It does need a good dusting. Major lightbulb replacement. Especially in the enclosed deck. We would have enjoyed the night time more if we had light. No lights on the stairway to the beach. But other than those minor things. It's a fantastic property. We already have recommended to everyone and some are already taken advantage. Definitely choose this rental if you desire a more quiet area. Myrtle Beach is close by. Can't wait to visit again next year!

Not all units are equal, as we were given an opportunity to see 2 units. The owners of 709 have given great attention to details of decor. The living rom carpeting is a bit worn, but the unit was GREAT! Ramona, in the office at 104 was very helpful and professional. Thanks Ramona!

With a crows' nest it offered great views of the sunrise and sunsets. It is a great location next door to Gulf Stream Cafe with great food. We have an annual family reunion (34 years)and have stayed here since it was built.

Beautiful location close to both Murrells Inlet and South Myrtle. Love the area, so much to do without traveling very far. The piers were great, the room was excellant cant beat it.

We had a wonderful stay a Mariposa. We loved the cottage style decor which was so warm and welcoming. The location was perfect and the expansive screened in porch gave us a seemingly panoramic view of the ocean. We had some concerns however that the kids would get splinters on the porch floor and railings. One of the dishwashers malfunctioned but it was great having two. We had some trouble adjusting to the electric stove. The kitchen was well-equiped with the exception of wine glasses and smaller plastic bowls and plates for little ones. We loved the large table that seats 16 comfortably! We would definitely come back. The pool and jaccuzzi were great too!
