We were disappointed in the unit,1010. It is in need of an overhaul. Needs carpeting in bedrooms and living room. Lighting was not good and the TV was terrible. We have a different unit for 2014. Also, the living room furniture was in need of replacing, but the building was great.

As I have said previously, we love this place and stay here for four months until May 1. We had a couple of problems with the sink in the kitchen which were fixed immediately through Garden City Realty. I forgot to mention last month that the twin fitted sheets will not fit the beds. They brought us flat sheets right away to fold under but it would be nice to have the deep pocket ones to fit the beds properly. Mattresses are now bigger and need deep pocket sheets. As we have said before this is our home away from home to stay out of the snow and hope to keep coming back here.

The house was very nice and the location was great! The only negative things that I would have to say is that the supplies of pots and pans were a let down. There were 10 of us and when cooking it made it hard not having enough or big enough pots or pans. The other two negative things were the dryer took a very long time to dry towels and ran excessively. And we could not find the 1/2 cup measuring cup the one day, I know not a big deal, well when we could not find the TV remote and looked under the couch, we found the 1/2 cup measuring cup and a few other things. Just think the cleaning people need to do a little better of a job of moving furniture and cleaning under things. Don't get me wrong the house was overall clean, just thing sometimes some things are over looked.

Didn't get a chance to report this, but the dryer didn't seem to dry very good... might need checking on. The dial would not rotate as it dried and had we forgotten to go back to check, the dryer may have over-heated since it also wasn't cooling down in
the process.

Had a problem with one of the entry locks,also needed burner replaced on range. The repairs were made promptly and repairman was very cordial. The clothes dryer did not seem to be as hot as it should have been. The light fixture in laundry room needed attention.The entry doors were very soiled around the door knobs. we would rent this house again,had a great time!

Light bulbs need to be replaced all throughout the house. You will need a ladder to reach them all.

We stay here for four months each year and consider this our winter home. Some improvements were made since last year which makes this unit even more homey, new kitchen cabinets and an updated master bathroom. We hope to continue coming to this place for many more years.

GREAT, EXCEPT WE DID NOT RECEIVE THE CORRECT LINES FOR THE FIRST NIGHT. CALLED MANAGEMENT CO ON ARRIVAL, BUT PROMISE OF DELIVERY OF CORRECT LINENS DID NOT HAPPEN. IT WAS NECESSARY TO GO TO THE OFFICE THE NEXT DAY TO OBTAIN THE CORRECT LINENS.

very enjoyable and comfortable time at the beach. the property owner needs to trim or cut the tree at corner of north sidewalk since it creates a dangerous condition for getting in and out of driveway with a car.

We stayed here for week of July 4, 2012 and really enjoyed it. House is very nice and comfortable. It has lots of areas to lounge around in such as front porch, sunroom, and nice playroom in bottom for teens & kids. House is very pretty and nicely decorated, although one bedroom could use new spread. Den could use a nice rocking chair. We had a one year old that liked to be rocked. Kitchen has good pots, pans, & utensils for cooking. We could not use gas grill on the outside. It was very dirty and hard to clean. We had no problem with charcoal grill.
Location is very nice. Beach access is close and beach is not so crowded. Pool was great!
As is with most rental houses, parking is limited.
Overall it is a great rental. We plan on staying here again.

Judy Walton was abosolutely terrific. I called a week in advance of our our trip with questions as a result of bad reviews regarding cleanliness and inadequate air conditioning. Judy responded, probably beyond her responsibilities, and visited the condo personnally to confirm that the AC had been repaired and was working properly. She also scheduled a cleaning for the carpet and had some new glasses and skillets placed in the unit to ensure an adequate compliment of cookware and table ware. She was very cordial...a real jewel!!
