This was a great property and great location. The staff at the rental agency was efficient and courteous. The only problem was that there had apparently been a leak in the washing machine. As a result, the carpet in the front bedroom was damp and smelled of mildew. Hopefully that is now repaired.

Overall great property. OBecaseu it was a noffseason rental. The property was not in as good a condition as it might have been in the summer. Had some small cosemetic items that needed cleaning up. Broken drapes, damaged wallpaper. All easily fixable. Management was very responsive and I know at the end of a season units can sometimes need a little sprucing up. Incredible veiws and location. 2nd time my family has stayed here. I'd still recomend the unit.

The condo was wonderful, we would definitely stay there again. It was very nicely furnished. You get the sunrise view off the balcony and the sunset view from just outside the front door. We had a great time visiting with family and found plenty to do even though it was the off season. The hottub and pool were open. I don't think the pool was heated but, there were people in the hot tub. Very nice place and location.

Shared house with son and his inlaws and found there to be plently of room to relax and not be in the center of the group. Easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay and Garden City Realty really does a great job in making a magical vacation for you. The Staff is great, the house is great and Garden City Beach is great. So peaceful, yet close enough to enjoy Myrtle Beach, Charleston or Wilmington while you're there.

Excellant..couldnt be better :). I will definately recommend this place to everyone I know. The location couldnt be better...close to airport, close to shopping entertainment and restaurants, on the ocean with a beautiful view of the ocean. The condo's were perfect...everything very open and airy, huge kitchens, everything very clean. Garden City Realty was a pleasure to work with and very accomodating. Thank you for helping to make my team's conference a success.

Outside front light needed. and a cement pad in back and front would lead to less sand being dragged into the house and on front and back steps.

We discovered the first day at the rental that the clothes washer did not work (it would not move through the cycles). We reported this to the management company. No one came to check out the washer. Other than this problem we enjoyed our stay. We would come back if we were assured that the washer was repaired. Thanks. M. Clifton

Our family had a great time staying at Heaven Can Wait Beach House. It has a very light and airy atmosphere. So close to the beach with all the amenities you can ask for. Well stocked kitchen, beautifully decorated, and lots of room for all. I would recommend it to anyone.

We found Beach House 117 was ideally located in the south (best) area of Myrtle Beach. We had a great, and safe view of "Sandy" as it moved north. Our drive home was the worst part of our stay. See you in 2013. W&D

The rental property was a nice fit for my group. The location was great and access to unit was great for a slightly handicap person in the group.

This house is teriffic! It was in excellent condition, well decorated and close to everything. I only wish the Time Warner Cable box had the ability to record and this would be a free upgrade for the owners to make, but overall I could not have been more pleased. I am hoping to make it back to the area soon and if so I will be renting Summer Breeze without question!

Although this property description stated that it was within a block of the ocean, it was literally across the street. Beautiful, warm and inviting home! We had a great time! With 10 people, we were very comfortable. Want to thank the owners for their thoughtfulness in the decor and anemeties.
