Great stay!! We really lucked out this year...normally we plan this once-a-year trip well in advance but didn't think we could swing it this year. We could only do a Sunday to Sunday this time and the staff at Garden City Realty made it happen. The unit was supper clean and ready to enjoy. The indoor pool was a huge plus. We've stayed in many places over the years(25+) and like Surfside and Garden City the best.,,,PS,,,the unit needs a few more hangers and plates. Thanks again GCR, Jerry and Kathy and 3 grandkids.

Enjoyed our stay for spring break. Location was great. Weather wasn't great which meant the small indoor pool and only hot tub stayed packed, but other than that definitely would recommend!!

Disappointed that the new cable hookup does not include the Golf channel. We should have been informed of this as we are avid golfers. Upon arrival, we requested this change but nothing transpired.
The pre booking rental fee of 50% should ensure the same amenities as previously provided.

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Great location and views of the inlet with beach access directly across the street. Felt safe and secure. Also, having the cafe/restaurant on the premises came in handy. Would definately stay there again!

We took out granddaughter and a friend for spring break. We loved the condo as soon as we opened the door. The view was breathtaking. It was very updated and clean. The weather was terrible the whole week but we still had a great time. The weather cleared up the weekend so I extended my stay another 3 days. Would definitely return.

Enjoyed our stay at the condo. The location was great for my daughter to walk to the pier and arcades. We could have used another bathroom but it worked out ok. Would stay again but hope the weather will be better the next time!

Excellent location & views. Both front and back decks have beautiful views. The deck furniture was in great shape. The "musty" smell that had been mentioned by another guest seems to be more dog that mildew or anything else & quickly went away when we opened up the place. The only "problems", the dishwasher was "loose" and seemed to want to tip out of it's setting and we hadn't brought any toilet paper.(kroger to the rescue)

WE absolutely love this rental property.. this is the second year that we have rented this for our spring break. I was not impressed with the cleanliness this year. I called and complained and they came back and did a what I asked, but over all they need a better cleaning service. I would also recommend putting like $10 worth of supplies in each time to make people feel welcomed. ie; toilet paper, hand soap, a roll of paper towels, sample of dishwasher soap, etc. A little bit of effort goes a long way. Over all... we loved our stay!
