This is our second year at Surfmaster By The Sea. We choose to stay in one of the Penthouse Condos because of the large deck and hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not functioning for a third of our stay. It took a personal phone call to the company before the work was completed. Otherwise, a great location and plan to return.

Overall loved the Unit. However have compiled a list of item that should be corrected or improved. I hope to provide that to both the on-site management and the Realty office. None were "deal-breakers." EG. phone in MB doesn't work, M-Bath shower drips a long time after shut off, and wet bar area was not dusted.

We had a great time in SC at Garden City Beach while we were at Sea Master. The condo was a great location, well equipped and very comfortable. The weather was cool, but the windows let in tons of sunshine and it was wonderful to fall asleep to the sounds of the waves every night. Comfortable furniture and a nice kitchen set up made it a great place to stay. The washer leaked, but someone came and fixed that as soon as we reported it. It's a great spot.

The condo was great for our group of 7 women. Plenty of room so we didn't feel cramped. The view was spectacular with all the glass facing the ocean. There was a problem with the blinds not working exactly right, but we were able to get by with that. We would definitely stay here again. It was extremely convenient to restaurants, grocery stories, flea markets, etc. Overall, we would give it 4 out of 5 stars.

Very nice unit, but we wished we had known before that the master bedroom was 2 flights up from the other bedrooms. It was a bit of an issue with 2 toddlers. Also the college kids in unit 112 had a dog who wouldn't stop barking. Besides that the management company was very responsive to a sink issue.

The place was very big and had plenty of space for everyone with a lot of beds. Great location one block from the beach.
