Much more than we expected the house has a great view of the ocean. The location is prime directly across from a surf area beach. Did not have to travel far to find several restaurants and bars.

Overall,a very good experience. Pool and spa were great. Location great. Parking was very good. Easy walk to the pier. Downside things were minor. The floors were not very clean. Toaster didn't work,but overall a good time was had by all. Thanks. PS Get the spa light fixed.

I have been staying at the Surfmaster on/off since 1988. This was my first stay in unit 709 and my husband and I really enjoyed it. You can tell that the owner takes pride in making the unit look nice with the sea themed decorations and amenities. I understand rentals can take a beating and the units are older so if you choose to stay here, keep that in mind. Each unit will also be different depending on how the owner cares for it too.
I think the Surfmaster after all these years still looks fantastic. We look forward to booking with the Surfmaster/Garden City Realty again in the future.

The location was terrific and the unit provided all the comforts of home. Housekeeping unfortunately did not clean the unit beforehand, but we were able to complete the cleaning within an hour after arriving. The only true complaint we had was with the tenants in one of the non-rented units. They made a point of advising us and other renters throughout the entire week that they were partial owners and made all renters feel quite often that we were trespassing. All vacationers (renters and owners) should feel welcome. This same unit has been a problem with renters in the past. I would advise owners who do rent out their units to have a discussion with those that do not that they should be be considerate of everyone.

Great vacation, room clean as always. Sliding balcony door needed fixed for second year in a row, but done promptly and well. Linen service a plus, especially fitted sheets and initial toilet paper rolls.

What a great house, great location, nice bedroom/bathroom arrangement. We loved our stay and may rebook for next year. Only complaint is the house needs drapes in the living room to control the sun and heat during the day and to keep the house cooler (can't see the TV very well during the day, of course you should be at the beach!)and the house needs some maintenance work on the walls. Loved the realty company and had a very enjoyable experience all around!

This is the 7th year we have rented this house and we love it. The location is perfect for going back and forth to the beach and the house is just so homey feeling. We love vacationing at Rainbow's end!!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Murrays Inlet Shack. The house is in an ideal location because we take a boat with us and make use of the dock on the inlet. The pool is a nice feature. We were far enough from Sams Corner that we had no problem with traffic. The house is very comfortable and well furnished. We look forward to returning nest year.

Kitchen should be updated.......such as dishes ( should be microwave safe).....need wine glasses & corkscrew.........a set of small bowls...larger sauce pans. The silverware was fine. The pool was great! A picnic table would be nice. The mattresses really need to be replaced.

This was our second time stay at Tee Time, Perfect house for all our needs. plenty of cookware close to amusements and shops and spacious for our amount of family who vacation with us.We have already booked again for next year.This is an overall gorgeous home having not one but two balconies to enjoy the ocean view and the Jacuzzi tub in the master bath is a great relaxation point. Only downfall this year was having the second & third row renters cutting through the property kept us worried about leaving our beach chairs & such out under the home (maybe need a private property sign displayed)and maybe needs some type of carpet/rug at entrance from screened porch to collect sand from our feet..The picture windows in the dinning room are perfect for enjoying the watch of the dolphins swim in the morning while eating breakfast and the dinning table is great size for a big crowd..I recommend this home for all vacationers who want a relaxed , stress free stay in Garden City :)

We love garden city. The condo should have upgraded furnishings. We have been staying in this unit for years and it still looks the same. Needs painting and better tvs. Kitchen could use some updating also like a new faucet and stove.
