We love Rucker Cottage! It was our 3rd summer vacation on this property, and it has gotten better every year. We have 13-15 family members with us each year, and there is plenty of room to spread out yet still be close together. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The condo was beautiful, lots of room and closet space, nicely stocked kitchen, beautiful view! We were surrounded by fireworks that were actually at eye-level with our deck! The on-site office staff was very nice, and Garden City Realty staff were very helpful and nice. What started out as a horrible week in a leaky condo a mile away, ended up being a really fun week! Thank you Garden City Realty for moving us here. You will always have our business when we visit anywhere around Myrtle Beach!

Great location, excellently maintained condo. Everything you could possibly need for cooking was in that kitchen...we were amazed. We were just able to come in unpack and enjoy. I would definitely recommend this unit.

The Beach Lovers house was a great place to stay! It had everything we needed with new and updated furnishings, appliances, etc. The pool was great for our kids. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoy staying at Actually Ours. It is the third time we have stayed there. Some of the rooms have been redone. The living room door needs a better curtain and new furniture. Love the location. Just a walk across the street to the beach. Pool is a nice size. Plan to stay again.

This home was very nicely located to the beach, shops, and attractions. We especialy enjoyed the fact that each room had its own bathroom. In addition, the private pool was a great addition.

We always love coming to the beach. We love One Ocean Place. This unit was awesome. The only complaint we had was...we called the office on Saturday morning and asked if our unit was ready...the reply was yes. So, we came to check-in to only find it was not ready. But, we still got into our unit early and enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time and a great stay in #703. We have vacationed for many years at many different locations and my family agreed that this by far was the cleanest condo we had ever stayed in! You could really tell that the owners take great pride in their vacation home! When we return to Garden City we will most definitely try to rent this unit again! Thanks for a lovely visit!

We got to Garden City and our room wasn't ready but by three we were in the Condo. Everything was very clean, all of the employees were courteous. I am going back in September and I am staying at Sea Oaks again. I will be staying in 303 and I hope the Condo is as well as 208 was. Only problem we had was the internet. It times out quickly and we have to sign in every time we were off more than five minute. Everything else was great.
