We really enjoyed the property, though a few things need to e addressed. When we arrived there was trash overflowing the bins that had not been picked up and not a single stitch of toilet paper in the house. There were several light bulbs burnt out, but we did find extras and changed the necessary ones. One of the comforters did not smell clean and needed washed and there were NO locks on any of the bedrooms? The lock for the outside upstairs balcony door was difficult to work as well. The house is beautiful but needs a little TLC and a little more attention to detail in readiness for guests. There was not enough silverware for everyone and the hot tub was not "hot" until the last 2 days of our stay. Overall we did have a wonderful time, the location is perfect, beautiful neighborhood and great pool & kiddie pool!

Our family came expecting a wonderful stay at the beach and we were not disappointed. The view was great, the setting was all that we wanted. The rocking chairs on the porch made for a great view of the beach and the beach was not crowded at all. Our family had a wonderful time and we recommemd it to anyone looking for a great place in the sun. The kitchen was well stocked and the dining area was esp. well done. Our family had plenty of room for games, eating, visiting etc. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The pictures online match the reality of the house but do no justice to the view. The sunsets and late night moon appearances were stunning.

Our experience with the property management company was amazing. Their professionalism helped us stay in the vacation mindset- we had no worries. The property was clean but needed some TLC on the carpets. We brought that to the attention of property management and by the next business day a professional steam cleaning company came out and steam cleaned all of the carpets in the house!

We highly recommend this place and will stay there again in a heartbeat. We were sad to leave.

The layout of this house worked well with our family. The living space was open with lots of place to set computers, games, etc. The large deck was nice to have right off the living space. We enjoyed the pool, there were plenty of chairs around it. It was nice to have the hose to clean off between the beach and the pool/deck. This was a nice place to stay.

Garden City is an awsome place to relax and enjoy the beach. This has been my famly's choice for seven years. We have rented through Garden City Realty with excellent results. my family recommends Garden City over Myrtle Beach
for your vacation experience. Stay at Garden City and have a pleasnat experience. You can drive the short distance to Myrtle Beach if you want to experience the Myrtle Beach scene but after doing so you will be glad to get back to "Garden City"

The unit was well-stocked, especially the kitchen. The only problem was that I fell in the dark parking area near the fence after dark one night and fractured my wrist. Those parking curbs and especially the space with the square manhole cover really need to be painted with flourescent paint for the benefit of those who are unfamiliar with the parking area. I will be in a cast for at least 4 weeks--not exactly how one wants to spend his/her vacation.

The facility and accomodations were great! Plenty of room. The balcony furniture was very nice - best we have every had at the beach! We would stay again and recommend to others.

There was eighteen of us in this location and we had plenty of space and we were spending alot of time there because it rained the first four days. I will go thru garden city again for future stays. The process was so easy and the people that I talked with stepped me thru the process and were so nice. Big thanks from all eighteen of us. My sister got married on the beach and it was so convenient from our location and with the wooden walk way it was perfect.
