We spent a lot of time on the balcony overlooking the ocean. We could watch the sun come up over the water from our window. The condo is a little dated but the view and amenities more than make up for an old coffee pot!! We had a great time!!

Sunspree was a great house for our ocean vacation. With families from 4 states including 4 under 3 yrs this was the perfect combination of home, pool and beach access. The house was comfortable, clean and fit our needs to a "t". Garden City Realty responded very quickly to any needs or questions. Even the weather was perfect! Thanks for a great family vacation!

We found this house a couple years ago and it's a perfect place for our extended family of 14. Every couple (6) has their own space and the common space is ample and situated away from the bedrooms. The pool area is nice and we have most of our meals out by the pool each night. Nice yard for playing games in the evening. And the view of the marsh behind the house is spectacular! We feel like we're the only ones around. Plan to continue coming to this home for our Family Beach Vacation each year!

The home was in nice condition and the location is excellent. Loved having our own private pool, which gave the kids, four of whom are teenagers, endless hours of entertainment in the evenings. They only asked to walk down to the pier twice! The pool was clean and the maintenance guy showed up three times while we were there. The basketball hoop was nice as well, as our kids used it for at least two hours each day (they're all basketball players :) The kitchen was very nice and updated. There was a public beach access two houses down, which was awesome. Negatives...The beds in the master bedrooms didn't have the most comfortable mattresses and there was a huge pile of linens in the kitchen when we arrived. Our house was last on the list for linen pick-up that day. On the upside, we liked that the linen package is included with this home. We had toilet flushing issues the first day, however maintenance showed up and took care of the problem quickly. We would totally rent this property again.

This is our second year renting this property. It is close to the beach (in fact, you can see the ocean from the porch). It is very clean. We wish it would get Wifi, at least one more TV, and some updated kitchenware, but other than that, it is a nice property, and we will probably rent again.
