The condo was great the spiral stairs made it very easy for access to the beach. It was nice to have enough parking for the vehicles in the lot. Considering this condo again next year.

Been coming to stay at one ocean place since mid nineties. This room has the typical dated kitchen totally remodeled with new appliances etc. very well done. Would rent again. Only complaint is the master has only a queen bed and it was uncomfortable. Also 2nd bedroom has nowhere to hang clothes.

Over all a Good vacation. Great beach access.You are always a little uneasy when you book a place you have never been.After walking thru the door my wife and son said "This is Nice". We had plenty of room and did not feel cramped up. We will consider this property for future vacations.Its only minutes away from anything you need

Another great week here at the beach! Improvements I'd welcome: 1) less breakable stuff around this nice condo 2) curbside recycling please!! It's difficult to carry bottles and cans out or take them to a county center.

Excellent place to stay. Walking distance to the beach is 1 block. Having a pool is great for the grandchildren (10&12). Having WIFI is a bonus. Parking is tight but manageable. Have rented this cottage for several years.

When the clean out is done need to check the sofa bed. We had to run the vacuum at 10:30 pm the first night we were there to get popcorn from the previous guest out of the sleeper sofa. Downstairs residents probably didn't like that. Otherwise everything was great and would definitely recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our week at this rental. The downstairs was spacious and comfy. Enjoyed the covered porch and the 6 rockers and picnic table. Loved the gate on the porch as we have little ones. Our only complaint was the public access right beside the house as we had people parking in our rental property and using the outside showers under the house. A suggestion may be a fence along the public access side to deter people from coming over.Otherwise our week was very enjoyable.

1) DVD player only worked half the time 2) large burner on stove didn't work 3) master bedroom bathroom toilet handle and door handle broke ( I fixed). A little preventive maintenance goes a long way

Our 2nd year in the house. A good week. The small bedroom next to the the large room upstairs we could not sleep in due to too warm temperature. There was a strong musty smell downstairs In the small bathroom next to the master bedroom...and some in the kitchen. The updates in the kitchen were nice, and we noticed a new paint job inside that was colorful and clean. We had an ant infestation in and around the hot after 2 visits from the pest control, we did not get to use it during the week. The pool was nice and clean, and the pool guys came 3 times. Garden City Reality responded quickly to calls from us about several needs in the that was a real plus!! We like the house, and the quiet 8sth street location.
