The staff at Garden City Realty were very friendly from the first phone call until we checked out. Check in was quick and informative, the condo was a great location to watch the marina and for beach access. No problems whatsoever.

We had a great time. The rental was perfect for our family of 7. It was a great location on the beach. Myrtle Beach was a short drive. Clean and well kept. No complaints at all!!!

Great house,great location. Beautiful view of the dunes with the ocean in the background sitting on the back porch. The house is not close to any condos so the beach is not as crowded. As for the house itself, it's all my family needs for a beach vacation, it's plenty big enough, decent kitchen, nice big dinner table that seats 10 anyway, and the screened in back porch is awesome. Nice intimate setting for a family to get together and I
enjoy the beautiful Carolina shore.

View is unbeatable. 4th floor is perfect as not too high and any noise from ground level is not a problem. This is our 4th year at Surfmaster and we will return next summer.

This house worked out beautifully for our family vacation. We especially liked the setup with the pool and Mermaids bar area. There was also extra table/seating in the great room which worked out great when there were too many of us for sitting around the table for meals.

This was the best equipped home we have rented. Great pool area. Built in ice maker a big surprise. Could use a better cleaning to start. Someday mattresses should be replaced. A wonderful place and we will come back. Being from Ohio and OSU just topped it off.

OUR VACATION RENTAL WAS ON THE BEACH AND IT WAS WONDERFUL. THE UNIT HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED TO MAKE OUR STAY GREAT. WE HAD A GREAT VIEW OF THE BEACH. MANAGEMENT AND THE HEIP WAS OUTSTANDING!

Overall the unit was nice. New TVs and blu-ray players. This unit needed some basics like oven mitts and large glasses since we do use the kitchen to cook some of the meals. Pool and hot tub were great.
