The location is fantastic. Right on the beach, two pools, clean unit. My only comment is that the realty company needs to provide more toilet paper and garbage bags. Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for a family of 4 for a week is not going to cut it. Also, only 1 trash bag per trash can, needed a few more but luckily we had a lot of plastic grocery sacks and made do.

We love Garden City and especially Ocean Cove-a very family oriented and safe environment. Convenient to everything, very clean and well maintained. The caretaker Dave is also very helpful and pleasant. Plan on returning next year - the staff at Garden City was extremely helpful and would highly recommend them.

Fantastic property. The outside amenities are wonderful. Glad to see they replaced the washer and dryer.Still needs some small item maintenance...broken outlet covers fixed, loose railings on the stairs, front door almost impossible to lock. We will be back next year.

Check in was easy, staff very nice. the condo was very clean and beautiful. We love Waterforde and 203 is our favorite condo so far. We love the location and everything about it.

We loved our 2 week stay at the Shangri La. everything was wonderful...the living space, the bedrooms, the spacious screened in porch. We have already reserved it for next summer for 2 weeks. the only problems were the presence of roaches, to the point we would be interested in hiring an exterminator to come in and treat prior to our vacation next year and also an odor in the "pink" bathroom that we could not dispel. But even with those issues the house was so comfortable and well equipped that we had one of the best vacations ever!

You have a firework policy posted but no one follows the policy and the security staff do nothing to even enforce it. With small babies and toddler sleeping having large mortor shells going off right in front of the condo is frightening. Please do something to stop this.

I had looked for a rental and it was less than two weeks away from our vacation and our search came up with this location. We are all so glad. There were 3 children and 3 teenagers and Surfmaster was ideal location between two peirs. I have problems walking and the location on the first floor was what I needed. Thanks for the use of your Condo, it was clean and the people were nice to us. Looking forward to future trips
