We recently stayed at suite 202 at Marlin Quay in Garden City.
location was great,less than 5 minute walk to beach, overlooking marina and the marsh walkway at murrell's inlet. Outside area was always clean,pools in great condition
Condo inside furniture in good condition
Beds very comfortable,bathrooms in very good condition. suggest that cushions for patio furniture need to be replaced and carpets in bedrooms could use a cleaning but overall I would not hesitate to rent this condo again.

Murrells Inlet

The best vacation house ever!! Everyone had a great time. Weather was perfect and we watched the full moon shine on the ocean all week. Management was terrific as was the maintenance and house keeping staff. One of the AC units wasn't working when we arrived and within an hour all was fixed. Only disappointment was the neighbors to the left who were renovating all week including Sat and Sun. Music blared from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Luckily the music wasn't too offensive and we spent most of the time on the beach so we made the best of it. Seascape made an unforgettable vacation for the whole family. We will definitely keep this house in mind for our next family reunion.

The place was all we could want. It was clean and had all we needed to just sit back and enjoy. The owners went out of there way to make sure every thing you needed was there and they showed there pride in the place and wanted the people to enjoy there stay. The location and the dock were perfect. We will be back.

our recent trip to 8th avenue with the whole family was perfect. There was plenty of room, even when there were 15 people, the walk to the beach was easy, the property was essentially clean although it could use a really good scrub down but we weren't letting that spoil our time. We would definitely recommend it to our friends and would consider using it again. I would suggest that the cushions on the outdoor furniture be replaced and the kitchen pantry be aired out but for what we enjoyed for the price we paid...couldn't beat it!!! Thank you for helping us create a great memory with our family...

The place was everything we were expecting. The location next to the beach and the pool were great. The only thing that would have made it better was if the place had a hot tub. The only problem was the sliding glass door on the first floor was hard to open and shut, other than that the place everything we expected. We would recommend it to anyone who was looking for a super vacation at the beach.

the property was just right for our family of 16.Plenty of room . we did decide could use a few more sharp knives.overall is had everythin we needed.Pool was good for the children to swim without sunburn. the beach access was great as well.would stay again when we come back to myrtle.

Beautiful home, everything looked new and clean. Kitchen is VERY well equiped. Great beach access. Nice laundry room. Parking is tight if you have a large truck or SUV (there is a car parked in the largest spot), luckily all the homes around us were not occupied so that helped. DVD player in living room did not work, would liked to have been able to use the outside shower.

The location cannot be beat! The unit was well maintained. The patio door handle broke due to salt water damage, but it was quickly replaced. Although the unit appeared clean, we found candy and wrappers under the beds. For the most part, the furniture was comfortable and we had plenty of seating. The kitchen was well stocked, but it would be helpful to have more cutlery. It was wonderful to have so much shopping and entertainment in the area when we had rainy days.

We loved our condo. I will definitely rent the same condo #904 again. Master bedroom bed was very comfortable and all furniture in the unit was very nice. We love the floor to ceiling windows that allows the sun to shine through the whole condo. We loved every minute of our stay. We have been visiting this area for 25 years and I think that Surfmaster offers the best condo experience and is my first choice.
Only negative is it's time for Surfmaster to change the dirty exterior hall carpeting that lead to every condo front door.
