Help from Garden City Realty began on our journey to Surfside Beach S.C. Our GPS could not locate realty. One call to Garden City Realty, and a helpful staff member had us on our way. On arrival at Garden City Realty our rental package was ready, and waiting. Realty staff gladly provided us with a map, and highlighted directions to our wonderful rental property. The house itself was beautiful. The inside was neat, clean, comfortable, and furnished tastefully, and family friendly. The grounds were well kept, and the pool was well used as it was very inviting. We were just blocks from the beautiful beach. The neighborhood was friendly to us, and quiet. This was our best vacation yet. We came back very relaxed, with wonderful memories, and pictures.

4. Front door closer was very rusty and needs to be replaced
5. Rear sliding door screen very torn and needs to be replaced.
6. Owner needs to spend some money on upkeep.
7. 2 Chairs on deck that are uncomfortable and tilt forward and there is no table on the deck to sit and enjoy a lunch on the deck.
8. Rate was reasonable for the unit.
Rest of the place was in good shape and I would rent again but maybe select a different unit than 1K. My family had a nice time and that was most important

It was perfect! We having been going to Inlet Pointe for many years. This was the first time that I rented through Garden City Realty and it was much cheaper, and the condo was just as nice as all the others we have stayed in.

Our unit (32) had new kitchen appliances and nice, comfortable living room furniture. The loft area was perfect for the kids. The building needs some cleaning and overall maintenance. The pool was nice and clean. We lucked out and had some great neighbors.

We love saying at the Surfmaster. Had a slight problem with ice maker in frig. Someone was sent to fix the problem very quickly.

We were on the third floor with a beautiful ocean front location. The condo was well equipped and clean. It was easy access to the beach and pool. Also, it was a short walk to the pier and the small area in Surfside with all the restaurants. We walked there with our 4 and 6 year old and they were fine. The second had two twin beds and a tv that the kids liked. The lounger in the master bedroom was very husband did not want to get up from it! We enjoyed our morning coffee and breakfast everyday on the balcony. It was wonderful.

The property was everything it was billed as. Spacious, clean, with truly great views. Only a short walk to the beach it was still worth the golf cart deal to cruise around town and make the beach commute effortless. A great value for such a great rental

Awesome Ocean view,very private huge balcony. Really nice vacation. we will never stay in Myrtle again.We have been on vacation in 3 yrs. and not knowing what to expect turned out great ! We liked it so much before we left we booked the very same room for next June 2014.

We loved this house! We spent the week of August 17th at Beach Lovers! It had everything we needed to enjoy our family vacation. We had great weather and we absolutely loved the pool. The views from the house are great even though it is accross the street from the beach! The only complaint that we had was the mattresses in the bunk room were not very good. My daughter said it was sleeping on rocks! The beach access was a little further than we thought, but there is a path along the house accross the street that we were able to use after checking with the tenants there. We definitely would come back to this house.
