A group of 16 of us stayed at Heaven Can Wait for 1 week in August 2013. The location of the home is second to none. The kitchen had everything we needed for large group meals. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the kids were able to get needed breaks from the beach. The upstairs living room was a great space for the kids to play their video games or watch TV when the weather did not cooperate. There were a few things that needed the attention of management. The dishwasher was broke and had an odor from day 1. We were contacted by a staff person prior to our first use, to try it based on a complaint from the previous renter. It was indeed broke and a new one was installed within two days. The upstairs mini refrigerator did not work as well. The kids never said anything until the end of our trip, but staff was contacted. The toilet seat in the one of the downstairs bathrooms was broken, but that was also reported towards the end of our stay. It appeared to have broken after a previous repair. There were ants that came in through the side of the wall telephone, but we took care of them with some disinfectant. That is something that may need to be looked at due to where they were coming in at.
I never expect a home at the beach to be in pristine condition due to how much they are used. This one definitely met our needs and we will be back next year.

Beautiful vacation house, truly feels like home. We loved having the 2 suites! The kitchen was stocked with everything that we could need. Great view and really close and easy beach access. The only downside was no pool stuff.

Ocean Cove was a great place for a family vacation. Me, my husband, our three small grandchildren, my parents, and my sister and niece had the most wonderful time! My grandson learned to doggie paddle in the pool and my niece got to see the ocean for the first time. My parents enjoyed being able to watch the children from our deck overlooking the pool and the ocean. The condo was very clean and comfortable with televisions in every room so everyone could watch their favorite shows (or play the wii)in the evening before bedtime. I would highly recommend this property.

Our stay was fine. The kitchen lacked basic cooking utensils. The frying pan had a broken handle. The glasses in the cupboard were dirty. Last year we stayed in another unit and the kitchen was very well appointed. A little disappointed this year.

Located between Surfside pier and Garden City pier. Awesome people in the unit, awesome beach location, clean pool and amazing view. Spiral stairs to pool and beach and to the upstairs make carrying kids/luggage difficult but we managed. Kid friendly balconies with latching gates. Plenty of space and beds for 10 people!! 2 day beds with trundles 4 twin beds (we pushed together to make a king) and a queen in the master. 3 full baths. 2 have tub/shower 1 has a big shower. Upstairs has its own private balcony. Well furnished home in a great location! Short walk to Garden City pier. Only mins from Walmart, Walgreens, golfing, etc... 10 mins from murrells inlet with great restaurants and water sports rentals. Less than an hour to North Myrtle and less than 30mins to Myrtle.

We had a great stay. The pool was great. It did get some leaves in it from the trees around but the pool guy was there every other day and did a great job keeping it clean. Awesome beach access right across the street. We had two little ones and it was perfect to come and go as we please. Balconies were very nice to have. Nice place all around!!

This is the 26th year that we have stayed at Surfmaster. This is the 2nd year that we have stayed in 709. In general the condo is very nice-furniture in good condition, enough items in the kitchen, etc. The master bath looks very nice but-the sink faucets are a problem. They need to be replaced. Very hard to turn to the cold water side; hard to brush teeth with hot water. Other than that (which we could live with) the whole week was great.
