Love the house and location. Front and rear steps and railings need to be sanded and painted. We picked up a few splinters during the week. Otherwise, great house.

The only problem we had was the realty gave us 2 keys and did not work. Besides the hassle of being locked out for a little while we went to the office and the key was replaced

Love the location, love the condo! This is a nice quiet area, so if you want the loud roaring sound of motorcycles, this is not the place to stay. But you are only 5 minutes away from all the action! Personally I loved the showers, walk in showers with a seat in them.I hate bath tubs.

We had a very relaxing time. The water was still too cold to get in but we sat around the pool most of the day. The condo was alright but I just felt like there was too much furniture in there for a 1 bedroom apt. other than that everything else was fine.

Madame Butterfly was a wonderful home to stay in on the was like a home away from home.Everything a person could need right there.We've stayed here before and will stay here again.We love it!We were really grateful to have the extra bath room that had been added down under the house.I would recommend anyone visiting Garden City Should stay fact I've already recommended it to some of my friends.They've stayed and also loved it.
