Stay was excellent. House was super. Only issues I had were that the ice maker never produced a cube, the vacuum cleaner was really poor -I like to keep things neat. I would recommend a vacuum cleaner in every beach house with a floor attachment to keep the sand under control-brooms and dustpans are really useless. Next door renovation woke all up every morning with hammers and music @ 7:30am w/speakers outside all day long.

Was very impressed with the house! Beautiful and clean as could be!! Would definitely stay again! Pool was great. The walk to the beach is not bad at all :) Very nice neighborhood, quiet and peaceful :)

Once again this year we had a wonderful beach trip staying at Heaven Can Wait. This house is well setup for large families with an excellent location on the beach and all the amenities you could ask for. The bar/pool area is great for cookouts and lazing around with both covered areas and open areas for sunbathing. The owners keep the property in good shape and I would highly recommend this for a large family vacation.

We stay a week every year and always try to get Unit 709. We did notice this year that it is starting to show its age. Some minor upgrades would go a long way. Overall we love the Surmaster and have stayed in 4 different units and have not had a bad experience in any of them.

We have been staying at various units in Surfmaster for years and always the first full week of June. We have been increasing our stay every year and this year it was two full weeks. We started out in Surfmaster 705, but that was unsatifatory (in poor condition, needs painting, carpets etc) and we moved to this unit. 405 has been recently painted, carpets were clean, tile in kitchen and entry way. A great location and we would rent it again except during this trip we bought a home in Surfside Beach. The kitchen could use a bit more stuff and better quality like silverware,cutlery. Surfmaster is a great location, 1.2 miles from the Garden City pier, a block from the Conch restaurant. The property management is excellent and friendly (be sure to compliment them), they keep the common areas like elevators and landings, pools etc in very clean condition, there is security all night in the parking area, though I am not sure why. Garden City Realty has a office in the building so there is no running off to get or return keys, they are also friendly and responsive.

This was our second vacation using Garden City Realty and we'll be back. Two minor repairs needed were passed along at checkout.

One day we were resting in the condo and did not hear a knock at the door. A pest control employee then let himself in and when confronted stated he was there to spray for insects. He was asked to leave and did. I understand that in cases of emergencies workers have the right to enter the rented property to make necessary repairs but routine maintenance should be handled when the units are not occupied. This is especially true for pesticides being applied to areas where luggage and personal property are present, not to mention people such as my wife who has breathing difficulties being exposed to the pesticide odors and possible effects of the residue on personal property such as clothing and breathing equipment, nebulizers, CPAPS and so on. Garden City Realty was immediately contacted, apologized and agreed that the work should be completed in between rentals.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo, Condo is as described and pictures of the condo are accurate. Beach is clean and nice and ideal for families with kids.

We enjoyed our vacation at Sandy Shores. Everything was perfect. There was no problem with checking in or out. It was easy to locate. I was worried with a holiday weekend but parking was fine and the beach wasn't too crowded. I will definitely choose this location again.

This is the second time our family has stayed in this same house. We loved it the first time and this time too. The house had been kept up very well. Some rooms had been painted and all the carpet had been replaced in the home. It was maintained very well! We would def stay there again.

Very positive. Would rent again in the future. Great views. I would like to see the beds be upgraded. Not very comfortable to sleep on. Also the kitchen pots, pans should be replaced.

A sweet condo with a great view.
I own a house down the street and was hosting a 65th Wedding Anniversary for my parents. I rented this condo for both peace and quiet as well as privacy to stay by myself. It was exactly what I needed and just 3 houses away from my Big Loud Greek Family.
The WiFi was not working, but I reported that to be fixed on my way out.

We were very pleased with the whole process. We were able to narrow down rental possibilities on-line and then we visited in person to make our final choice. Our vacation could not have been more pleasant. The house and grounds had everything we needed and was comfortable and beautiful. Quite enjoyable!!
