I loved the location and the prop. mgmt people were super. Three things I thought needed to be addressed. The dryer vent connection(located in the bathrm) had a big hole in it (and tons of dust surrounding it) and it blew into the bathroom instead of going out thru the vent to the outside. Pretty dangerous and the maintenance guy came the next day and wrapped duct tape around it??. Also, the carpet was gross in areas and walls in the hallway had big spots that were faded where big pictures were removed and left off. The condo had a very bad sour smell when we first got there, had to open all the windows. and kept them open alot because of the smell. Other than that, a great place and location. Will definitely go back.

My family stayed for a week and we just loved Inlet Joy. The house was clean and well decorated. We liked the location because you have access to both the beach and the channel. The only downside is the busy street. During Memorial Day weekend, a lot of beach goers were parking along the road and partially blocking driveways which made it difficult to maneuver in and out of the drive. The Realty company should consider posting Georgetown County ordinances so that vacationers can know the dos and don'ts of the locals. We will definitely rent again.

Our rental experience went well from start to finish. Being an older property seemed to be a plus...very quiet, maybe due to the quality of older construction? We could not hear ANY noise or footsteps from other units or from the outside. The only item we could have used in the unit was a good cutting board! (We do a lot of chopping and there were just very thin rigid plastic mats provided)

Loved the place...wonderful property, beautiful home but obviously wasn't quite finished yet...no curtains anywhere, very uncomfortable getting dressed and not much privacy. We had several construction workers show up unexpectedly almost every day during the first part of the week - had to finally ask them to wait til we left before they came back. But we are sure this will all be fixed by the time we come back next year because we loved the place - the view is spectacular and the owner did a great job with furnishing and comfort. Other than the curtains everyone with us loved the place and wanted to come back.

We stayed for two weeks - as we came into town for our sons wedding. The property was lovely. Size and location great- just a few little details not A+ (dirty carpet- patio doors don't lock easy/well, patio chairs cracked...plus a few decent bed pillows needed). We do thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful beachside condo.

I was very pleased with this property. Apon arrival it was very clean and neat. The inlet and the floating dock was an added bonus to the already close proximity to tue ocean which was one block away. Waking up to the inlet veiw was amazing. My family and I enjoyed our stay and cant wait to come back next year.

THE ORIGINAL CONDO ( A 1 BEDROOM) WE RENTED TURNED OUT TO BE COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY OLD WORN OUT AND DIRTY. (DID NOT LOOK LIKE PICTURES ON INTERNET). ATER WE MADE THE OFFICE AWARE OF OF THIS, THEY QUICKLY GAVE US A 2 BR CONDO WHICH WAS NEWLY RENOVATED, SPOTLESS AND BEAUTIFUL. WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR WEEKS STAY AFTER THE MOVE. THANK YOU TO THE WONDERFUL OFFICE STAFF.
