Several things that I was going to point out - Master bedroom comforter needs to be washed (stain underneath), sliding glass door in living area does not lock and 1/2 BR sink stopped up and would not drain. While we were there a "pest control" man came and tried to unlock the door while we were inside. If I had not had the chain on the door, he would have come in. There were only girls inside and not all were dressed. He needs to be instructed NOT to come while rentors are present and NOT to use keys to come in. My girls were terrified and it really upset me!!

My daughter and I enjoyed our vacation. It was an awesome week. The condo was excellent with wonderful views of the ocean. Just what i needed!

We had a problem with the air conditioning when we arrived. The response to my call was immediate and it was fixed within 30 minutes! We were very impressed with Garden City Realty and their response time and professionalism!

My comments are simple... I'm looking at the calendar trying to figure when I can return in 2015 and get Strike II reserved as my family and I want to stay there again. W/out question, Strike II is the best property we've ever had.

Excellent condo on the beach.

The location of property was easy access to the beach and short drive to pier. Not far from
shopping areas. Rental property parking was convenient, with easy access to elevator. Condo was was nice, but could use a larger TV.
