We stayed in unit 1102 at One ocean place. The unit was well stocked and clean, the view was amazing! The only downfall was that one ocean place installed a new system for the gates to enter the condo parking area which worked when it wanted to. The system for the gates to get to the pool and ocean just aggravating. I understand the reason why they were installed but there has to be an easier way to enter and exit these areas.

A very good vacation week at One Ocean Place. The unit was well kept. Very convenient location. One concern. We notified maintenance of a couple of issues. We did not hear anything from them for 48 hours. We called again and we’re told they were addressing more urgent issues. I can understand that but would have liked to have been kept informed as to our status.

I would highly recommend this unit to anyone. It was on the first floor located directly as you got off the elevator and the parking was also super close. Our room was very welcoming and clean. We loved our stay at One Ocean Place.

I have rented from Garden City Realty a few times and am never disappointed. The whole rental process was seamless and easy. Great place! Only a couple of things wrong. Had trouble with the sliding glass doors locking, and the dust bunnies under and behind the furniture. Other than that we loved our stay! This was a memorial trip for our Mom (passed in 2025) and Dad(passed in 2013) My sister and I really enjoyed our trip.

First time staying in this condo. Loved the location! Easy parking, and plenty of spaces. The condo was comfortable for our family. We always cook on vacation, and utilized the kitchen every night. Plenty of items to make our meals. Like that we are able to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The stand up shower in the master is very small. The only “issue” we had was the floor in the tub has nothing to keep you from slipping. Even the small shower was a little tricky. We ended up just putting a towel in the bottom of the tub so mom wouldn’t slip. The time of year we went was perfect to be able to get to talk to some of the owners! Lovely group of people. Would definitely recommend to friends or family!

We enjoyed our month at OOP 1005 very much. We were pleasantly surprised and very happy with the master bath renovation (with the exception of renovation dust residue under the bed in the master bedroom) - the new shower is wonderful. We have appreciated the improvements/upgrades that have occured since we started renting 1005. We love the space and the view. However, as we have noted previously, the living room furnture is exhausted - it is not getting "off" the couch, it is rather a matter of getting "out of" the couch. Other than that, we were happy and pleased with the condo.
