This is a beautiful house and suited our needs perfectly. We had 3 families with a total of 11 people with 5 kids. The pool and jacuzzi were got a lot of use. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. If I had to recommend anything to change it would be to add an awning on the deck. It bakes with the sun all day and there is very little shade under the small overhang.

I have always been satisfied when I stay here. The only complaint I have is someone put a notice or something on my car saying something about me parking and blocking something my car was in the first handicap spot beside the elevator the whole time I wasn’t blocking anything so I’m not sure what that was about.

Very nice condo, very clean, great location. We did have an issue of getting locked out of our condo, somehow the code to the door got changed. I had to call the emergency line (it was 930 at night) and the maintenance guy tried to fix it remotely but had to come to the condo and corrected the issue. The same night our air conditioning quit working and he had to come back and got our air working. John was the maintenance guy and he was so nice and did not act aggravated he had to come back. Another annoying thing is that you can hear every footstep on the floor above, it is annoying when children are running around at 6 in the morning.

Very good. Only one complaint and it was probably just missed. When I went to put the sheets on my bed there was a big spot of blood on the comforter. But I took it off and got another comforter. So in case they are wondering why I changed it and took the other off that’s why.

Going Costal was an amazing house for our trip. We had the chance to meet the owners who couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly. The house is equipped with everything we needed. The majority of the mattresses were uncomfortable, but we recognize that can happen with a highly utilized rental. The location is perfect, as is the pool area.

We enjoyed the rental. We loved the 3 outdoor chairs. AC and water pressure were great! Decorated nicely. Everything worked. Great balcony view and location of property to walking beach to the Garden City Pier or driving to Murrels Inlet .
Our only negative issue we felt floors were dirty, not washed, as our feet were dirty walking on floors. Also we could not find a broom and dustpan to clean floor.

We are repeat renters in Floral Villa A2. We love the location and amenities. I would enjoy a new mattress in the king primary but love the cozy couch and having coffee on the Ocean Blvd porch each morning. The newly remodeled primary bathroom was a treat. We have already booked for next summer.

The house is in very good condition. This is a great location. You can sit on the front porch in the morning and see the ocean. There is no house across the street. The beach access is across the street. Speaking of the beach it is practically deserted. Everything is in good repair and cleaner than most rentals we have had in the past. Well stocked kitchen.would definitely rent again.

I've been bringing my family to Surfmaster for 16 years. This was my first time renting this unit and I was very pleased. The kitchen is well stocked and in very good condition. Appliances are very nice and they even added an extra beverage fridge which came in super handy for stocking up drinks for the week. It was very appreciated. This unit did not have clutter and minimal things laying around which left it very clean and neat. Which I really appreciated. The view from the balcony was beautiful along with the sturdy dinette table and two comfy chairs. I for sure am renting this unit again for next year. Lastly, the master bed is super comfy. Thank you for making your unit so nice and pleasurable to rent!

We had a great week in Surfmaster 1006. The condo was clean and the well-maintained! It had everything we needed. The decor is super cute! Would definitely stay again!

The unit is excellent. Love the location and the building. We've stayed at Surf Master for nearly 40 years. Already reserved for next year. Property is well maintained, beach, pool, and hot tubes are also right down my alley. Unit 111 is very conveniently located I can easily get my chairs and umbrella onto the porch without going through the garage.
