We had a great time! Our grown daughters, husbands, grandson and one "grandpet" were really pleased with this property. The beach access was so close and you could even see the ocean from the house. Lovely view of the sound as well. Would like to have had a bigger master shower and the dryer wasn't heating too well..our only complaints. Would recommend this for staying again.

House had great views, easy access to beach even with small children, kitchen well stocked, nice layout, good size rooms. Would recommend this place to anyone and will be looking forward to future vacations at this property.

My family had a great week at Grammies Place. The home is lovely, clean & well stocked. The pool and hot tub were used every day & a big hit with our group. The location is fantastic, we had coffee on the lower porch every morning with the ocean in the background. Small walk to the beach, maybe 2-3 minutes. We loved the house so much we reserved it for the same week next year & already looking forward to our next stay!

Garden city Realty was very prompt in responding to my request for availability.
Grammies Playhouse was so much better than the pictures. We enjoyed the hot tub on a few brisk days and nights. The pool was ready to go but only one brave soul jumped into the frigid water. We loved that it was in a small neighborhood off the main road,yet not far from the beach. We sat on the porch almost every morning talking over our coffee enjoying the sun! The home is beautifully decorated and very well stocked. It does have a pack n play which the rental company did not know about. Love the open floor plan! Many wonderful memories were made at Grammies Playhouse! Thank you, Grammy!

The pool was an awesome addition. It was a lifesaver during the hottest part of the day. This is a great house for large crowds with plenty of room for everyone.

The house is very clean and comfortable. The only thing that could have made it more beneficial would have been for the dock to have a cover over it to block out the sun and heat.

It was a great trip!

Pop's Place is a great place for family. The house is beautifully furnished and kitchen fully stocked and equipped. The "heated" pool was not heated and temperatures were cool, so although the management company did try to get it fixed, we basically did not have access to the pool and the ocean was too cold for swimming. The place needs a hot tub. Other than those two things, the place was perfect.

Every one in the family gave it a five star + rating! Loved the pool. The children didn't want to leave it. Plenty of room in the house for all of us. (9 adults and four children from 6 months to six years old.)Everyone wants to come back!
