House was great again this year, new frig was a plus. The dryer still doesn't work, didn't last year either, you can't do any laundry b/c the clothes/towels etc won't dry, they really need to replace that dryer. the house was full of dog hair which was not great, you could tell they didn't clean under chairs and furniture b/c there were clumps of hair flying out.

Had a wonderful vacation and this condo is exactly as described. Beds in all rooms are comfy and has plenty of dishes to cook with. Seasider is situated between two large towers so the beach can be crowded. My daughters loved all the kids to play with, I would have loved a few less people around my chair! lol Overall, a great stay in a beautiful condo!

Very good time. Only problem is the same with all rentals ,only 2 parking spaces.One of those was under the building which I would not have been able to get my SUV in if anyone had parked in the space in back of me.Would have been nice if the pool got some sun on it.

The condo was very nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay and hated to leave. My only real complaint was the vertical blinds in bedrooms 2 & 3 need to be replaced. There were panes missing .

Enjoyed our stay but the large bedroom needs a king bed and the twin beds need to be moved to the smaller bedroom. Also the refrigerator was very small for a two bedroom condo.

We all enjoyed the property. My only concern was the amount of ants and ant hills in the backyard. Ants were crawling around the pool all the time.
