Our family of 14 really enjoyed this house. There is plenty of room for all so that you can have your own space. The view out the back of the house of the inlet is well worth the money!
I do have to agree with a prior review that the lack of window blinds/curtains is a real problem in the bedrooms. You will be woke up with the sun each morning and in some bedrooms you are in FULL view of anyone outside looking in.
We ahve already reserved for next year, hoping that the rate isn't raised too high.

There were 8 of us that rented a house in Garden City. It was a great location. We walked to the Pier almost daily. Great walk and when we would get to the pier we would get a hot dog at Sam's. House was in a great location. We met owners the day we moved in. They were very helpful.

Great home and huge, clean yard for children. Only disappointment was the outside grill. We like to cook out and the grill was tiny. Well stocked kitchen. Nice ocean view. Beautiful, clean beach and wonderful families vacationing at Garden City.

The only inconvenience is the parking. There are not enough spaces in the parking lot and you usually have to park across the street. Not a big deal just a little inconvenience. Overall it was a very well kept condo in a great area. I would tell other about it for their future vacations.

Kids loved the pool. Location was great! WIFI was horrible and someone threw a chair off the 4th floor balcony that came within inches of hitting my 10 year old. still not happy about that.
