This is my 3rd year renting the same house. Love the location,the house and pool is great. It seemed to me that house is not as well kept as 1st year we stayed. Had issue with toilet leaking from top floor to bottom floor. This was quickly resolved by realty company. Clothes dryer would not cut off and this was not fixed during our stay. Something should be done about tree/bush in edge of yard on north side. Very dangerous when trying to back car out. Cannot see if car was coming or if someone was on sidewalk on bike or walking. I usually put deposit down for this house for same dates next year but did not this year. Think rental amount on house has gotten too high. Will have to think about it and explore other rental properties and compare prices for comparable house.

The Garden City Realty management team is well organized and staffed to make this a pleasant experience. We enjoyed the pool,dock and easy access to the ocean.

We loved Grammies Playhouse! The house was spacious and was equipped with everything we needed to make our vacation week an awesome one. We loved the size of the yard a huge plus with kids and several vehicles plus golf cart. We had lot's of space for parking and the kids had room to play games, ride bikes etc. The circular drive was nice because no one got blocked in. The pool area was a huge hit for the kids. They LOVED it. The adults of course enjoyed the HOT TUB. Furniture was nice, enjoyed the stereo, and the rockers on front porch. The only issue we had was keeping dirt from getting on the sidewalks around the pool and in the pool. We could tell the home owners had tried planting nice sod but unfortunately most of it had died so therefore the kids tracked through the dirt :( Grammies was our favorite house to date and we've been vacationing in Myrtle Beach every year for 10+ years now.

Bethel Park

We love staying at Sandy Shores II and have stayed at different units over the years. As always the unit was very clean and everything was in good condition. This particular unit has nice views because it is on the end. It has also been modernized since the last time we stayed here- there are new televisions and new living room furniture. The only downside is that this part of the coast is getting busier. We stayed over July 4th and our oceanfront neighbors were doing fireworks until 1 AM! Parking was also a problem, as some residents were having parties to watch the fireworks. In the future, we will avoid the holiday week. All in all, a great unit, wonderful location, and a sparkling clean pool.

Weather, location, and unit condition was wonderful. Also, the onsite employees were courteous and helpful. Even the exterior maintenance and cleanliness was exemplary: everyone we encountered seemed to take great pride in the upkeep of the property.

We have stayed at #216 previously, and were pleasantly surprised to find it nice and clean, and recently updated with a new flat screen tv in the living room and wifi internet. The condo is perfect for our needs. The only two drawbacks we have are 1) the AC unit apparently freezes up when placed under 72* and 2) the bedrooms could use tv upgrades to flat screens. We don't usually stay inside that much while at the beach, but this time we spent a little more time inside because of Hurricane Arthur. No Biggie!

Awesome professional staff! We had to leave early, unexpectedly, and the staff could not have been more helpful, even calling my home to check on our safe arrival.
I loved our condo, great views of the beach and overlooking the pool. The condo was clean and decorated with a colorful beach theme.
Can hardly wait to return!
We enjoy visiting the Garden City Pier as a
family and I like The Conch Café, they were both within a short walk for us.

It was great! Only complaint was the people that came and cut the grass during our stay. I think this could be completed during the cleanup time on Saturdays. We weren't asked to move cars and grass was thrown all over the vehicles.

The Mariposa is a great place for a family vacation. Our 3 children and their spouses, and 5 grandchildren were able to all get together with my wife and me for a first time ever family vacation. It was fantastic. Everything was as perfect as we could have hoped. The house is in a "no outlet" small development so we did not have any drive through traffic. The pool and hot tub are serviced three times a week and were nicely located part way under the house so that you had a place to relax out of the sun if you wanted. The house was very clean and in good repair. All the appliances, and there were many of them, were in good working order. The location of the house on the beach allowed the family to move back and forth from the beach, pool, and hot tub. Our rental agency, Garden City Realty, Inc., was the best. We arrived a couple hours early and they told us the house had been cleaned and was ready for us. They had all our materials in a packet for us. The rental of the Mariposa comes with a linen package which is a good idea - didn't have to fuss with sheets, towels, or wash clothes. I am the type of person that doesn't read many reviews on vacation homes because I feel the reviews are often submitted by people that are paid to say good things. Believe me, all of us have only fond memories of the week we were all together at the Mariposa.
