We vacationed with another family and had a total of 4 adults and 4 kids. We had a blast. House is located in an excellent area. Calm and manageable during the day but yet not too far from the craziness up in Myrtle if you are so inclined to go that way (and fight the traffic getting there!). The covered back deck is a great place to be and close enough to watch the kids playing on the beach. Inside was decent and we have no complaints about the decor or furnishings. It was exactly what we were hoping for.

My only slight complaint is that the Wifi signal is pretty weak. Unless you are in the living room with the router, the coverage is spotty at best. Not a big deal when you are really there to relax anyway. Just a note to the owners :)

Overall, we had a great time and I would absolutely recommend this house/location to others!

Our vacation was a needed time out!!! The weather was great, the property was nice, and the local restaurants are awesome. Wish we could have stayed one more week. This was our 1st time at Surfmaster and we would stay there again.

The living room was nicely decorated with nice furnishings. Time to upgrade the refrigerator (would not seal), dishwasher and stove. The layout of the place was great! Very comfortable for 8 people any additions would have made it uncomfortable. Location was excellent! Beach is narrow so at high tide not a lot of sand room. The rod iron furniture has to go! I sat on it at night and my clothes were stained. As a clean freak, I felt that it could have been a little cleaner. The floors were dusty/dirty and the kitchen counters needed a good cleaning. It should be pristine for the price. I hope the appliances get updated as I plan to stay again next year!

Madison Heights

We had a wonderful time. The sunrises in the morning were amazing. The view of the pier and the sounds from the pier at night were great. We saw sharks swimming at the end of the pier and watched dolphins swimming just off the shore! The only complaint that I do have is that many of the people that vacationed with us (including children) got splinters from walking on the deck and walkway to the beach. Other than that we had a great time! Thank you so much.

We have stayed at this location many times and have stayed in different rooms. We have never had a bad experience. We like the location and being so close to the beach and the pool is nice. The only complaint is the wifi service is not good.
Most of the time we had no service and was very inconvenient. Wifi is advertised so it needs to be reliable.
I will continue to to rent condos in Seamaster.

It didn't start out good at all. Our original room was booked it surfside reality. About a month after booking they called to cancel our reservation. There was not another 2 bedroom available. They Put me in touch with Garden city as they had a 2 bedroom where we wanted to be. Carolina Shores. We arrived July 5. Early. We asked if we could possibly get the key at about 12:30. They told us the room was not ready. Long story short,,we got the key at 3pm. Went to the smelled of mold...the rest wasent much better. The couch had crumbs in the cushing..or was just discrinating. It was falling apart. Final strw was blood on the mattress cover. My husband went crazy. He went right over to the real estate office and spoke to Brad Hatoway.Next thing I know my husband called and told me to pack we were moving to Horizone East.Ver roomy very spacious. So I do want to thank Brad..VERY MUCH

Royal Garden Resort 810 was everything it was made out to be. The property was very nice, very clean, and nicely decorated. The location was great. There were lots of nice restaurants in the area. Walking on the beach was nice since your destination could be either one of two piers. One was located about one mile and the other was located about one and a half miles away. We had four occupants and the room area was a little tight. But all in all I would recommend this place very highly.

This was our 5th stay at Surfmaster and have never had any major issues. This was the first time in the north tower and found the elevators to be really slow.

Third time at Seascape and looking forward to many more. Glad to see owners painted and maintained excellence in decor. We filled all rooms , had two other rental spaces close by and Seascape was our "Base camp"! Perfectly suited for large family reunions and very fun. Called maintenance on Sunday for several minor issues and they were promptly there and fixed all. What's not to like!! We actually adapted well to the new "no tents' rule. See you same place, same time next year. Our group gets bigger because it just gets better!2 Thanks for making it happen, Garden City Realty.

WONDERFUL!!!! We have been staying in the Surfmaster or One Ocean Place building for years and this was the best yet. This condo is AMAZING!! Everything was exactly as described and the pictures actually do not do justice for how incredible this unit is. The beds are wonderful, the air conditioning actually kept the temp steady, the stove is in good working condition, the frig works great!, living room furniture-so comfy and the balcony and furniture on it were absolutely wonderful--so many times the balcony furniture is well...just cheesy but not here!!! The room was clean when we arrived and they cleaned the hot tub 2 or 3 times during the week we were there. CANNOT say enough positive things about this penthouse!!!! Will definitely stay in this unit again.

Beautiful condo! We love all of the updates! The kitchen looks awesome, love all of the nice size TV's, bathroom updates, floor updates - SO CLEAN! Have already reserved for next year and would have reserved for 2 weeks but prior week not available. Already fighting over which family member gets this condo! Make sure renters take care of it! We treated with loving care! Now, just need some "sprucing" up of the building itself, carpet treads loose, landings/stairs dirty, a high chair sat on the 1st floor pool side landing for 2 weeks. Roof leaks and more garbage receptacles needed by the pool. Love Compass Rose and hope that some improvements are made by all of the owners.

We where very happy that even though it was in July our little area wasn't crowded and the weather was beautiful! I always love staying in this area! And the service we received was wonderful and fast which was greatly appreciated after a 9 hour drive.

Piney Flats

Family of four stayed. We were all very pleased. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Down side is the condo is directly across from the elevator, so you can hear it ding when it arrives on our floor from the guest bedroom (which is also rather bright at night.) Wooden chairs on the balcony are not very comfortable, but the chaise lounge is wonderful! Disappointed in the size of the TV in the living room, but all in all we were happy with our stay. Weather was great! Loved that the beach area in front of the condo was not crowded and there was always room at the pool.
