Everything was great with just a couple exceptions. Parking was horrible!!! There is simply not enough room for all the guests. There were a few issues in the room that were reported, but were never taken care of, at least not while we were there. The fluorescent lights in the kitchen had burnt out. The outlet in two of the bathrooms by the sinks quit working, which was very inconvenient when trying to use a blow dryer or flat iron. It was an inconvenience, but not the end of the world. Otherwise, all was good and I would like to stay in 614 again. We've stayed at the Surfmasterbythesea several times and all felt like this was the best unit we've been in.

My family loved this house! It is beautiful with plenty of space enabling a large family to be comfortable, as well as have privacy. Everything we needed was supplied in the two beautiful kitchens. We especially loved the location and the addition of the kayak and paddle boards! We used them everyday. We also loved the foosball, ping pong tables and the bikes! The only problem we had is the bunk beds for the children were downstairs in a room with easily opened exterior doors. We had to move a heavy piece of furniture in front of the door and the mommies and daddies had to stay downstairs also. It created a huge safety issue with the 15 month, 3 , 5, and 8 year olds. In spite of this challenge, the house , location and amenities are fantastic! It even has a dock and it's own beach area. We had so much to do we only went to the actual beach a few times because we had our own! Something for everyone here! My 86 and 85 year old parents loved watching all the activities from the ample porches with plenty of rocking chairs. What a blast for everyone! The house also has a lot of huge fabulous tv's however we used them primarily for music because we were so busy having fun!

This house was perfect for our extended family of 7 adults and 2 kids. The location was perfect and being able to walk directly out to the beach from our front door was great. It was clean with a decent kitchen and functional set up. We would definitely stay here again.

From the moment I walked in the front door, to the minute I was dragged out kicking and screaming at the end of our week, this was by far the BEST beach house my family has every rented. And we have been renting in the Myrtle Beach area for 10 years. If you rent this house and leave without wondering how much it would be to just buy it and keep it for yourself, I would be shocked. If someone told me that I HAD to complain about something I could say that I was never sure what light switch worked what, or that I could never figure out which thermostat worked which system (which never really mattered because we just set all of them to 72 and the temp was perfect, love the Nest). Other than that, oh and the no curtain rule lol, it was 6 nights and 7 days of heaven. We were there on the 4th of July too so we were able to see fireworks from everywhere! Truely amazing. The house is top notch all the way. The interior was amazing and the little kids loved the pool, however we spent most of the time in the bay behind out house. I would like to ask that everyone who rents after me, please take good care of this house, we already reserved it for next year and I would like the condition to remain the same.

We loved this beach house! The yard, view, and pool was the best part of the place. And the walk to the beach was minimal, so that's always a bonus! Everything was very clean and the rental agency folks were helpful. There were only a few minor issues, which most of them were taken care of right away.

A little crazy at first but got the keys at 3. The lady at the office said they would call us when it was cleaned and inspected but never happened. Got 2 extra set of keys, one didn't work and the inspector said they would come onsite and make a new key....never happened. My wife noticed we got all the linens for B but we were staying in A. Ran the vacuum and it was completely clogged so we fixed that ourselves. Icemaker was very slow so bought ice. They need to have a broom and dustpan for little cleanups. Overall everyone had a good time
