A rocky start to our stay. Main bed missing sheets , garbage disposal not working, pool and hot tub under repair and closed. Codes to use gates to get on beach incorrect, a neighboring visitor gave us an operating number to use. Not able to sit on balcony through out our stay since the workers were resurfacing the pool and hot tub creating dust on outdoor furniture and in the air which found it’s way into our unit . We would have appreciated a heads up to the construction that was going on before our arrival.

Beach House #305 is a great vacation rental. The property was clean, the kitchen has everything you need and the location is wonderful. The beach chairs and toys available for use is a nice feature. We loved waking up and having coffee on the porch.

We had a problem with bedbugs upon our arrival, which garden city realty addresse but put a damper on our stay The property is lovely,very well equipped and in a gorgeous location. The staff at Attalya towers is delightful and very friendly.

A very nice place with a deck overlooking the beach. Close to Church, grocery store, and many fine restaurants. The street is relatively quiet in March. Fun to walk to the pier and back. Norning sunrise is wonderful to see over the ocean. A relaxing experience.

Overall, my family had an awesome experience and would definitely come back. We did have a few hiccups, but the staff helped us as quick as they could. Plenty of space and each room having a bathroom made a great difference. Home was clean and spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. A bigger fridge would've been awesome, but we worked around that by having coolers for drinks. House was also less than a 5 minute walk down the street to the beach. Location was awesome and close to many things. Elevator was also soooo helpful for getting the big items upstairs! All in all, although not perfect, it was close enough and exactly what me and the family needed! 10/10 would recommend!

Garden City Real Estate is easy to deal with. We love staying at an ocean front property. The Surfmaster condo could not have been cleaner. We were impressed!

We loved our stay. Ready early and very clean. However, the bathrooms are so tiny and the showers do not have grab bars. The pictures show 2 rockers on the porch. There is only one since the porch is so small. The ocean is so close and the beach is very well kept and very clean. Family stay area. So, the area is superb and people are charming. Restaurants were fantastic. We never could get the temperature right because the directions don’t make sense. Also 5 steps to get to condo made it very hard for the elderly. Furniture is very low and hard for my old bones to get stand up without struggling.
