Check in was easy. Unit was reasonably clean. Could have used a good dusting. Ice maker didn't work. Called and maintenance came and said they would have to "look into it". We're thinking this has been broken for a long time. Buy some ice. Balconies were wonderful. Nice to have 2. Main sitting room was large with big screen tv. These are sleeper sofas so not as comfortable as a regular sofa. Bedrooms are comfortable size. Bathrooms are a little small but still fine. Kitchen had most everything we needed, but we didn't cook a lot. Tastefully decorated throughout. I would recommend.

Williamstown

4th floor, 8 unit building. The condo was spacious, plenty of seating inside and out. Outdoor furniture had been upgraded from what was in the pictures. Beds were comfortable (extra blankets available if needed). Having laundry facilities in the unit is always a plus. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. A pantry provided extra space to store grocery items and paper products. Not a criticism but note to future guests, bring your own spices. Sometimes rentals are stocked with many extras for cooking. You never know until you arrive. Our group of 5 adults thoroughly enjoyed our week. It was a bit cool for the pool; however, the pool was well maintained and the property was beautiful.

We rented Ocean Cove 111 for the month of March! We had an incredible time! Even though this unit isn’t ocean front, we had a great view of the ocean from the great room as well as the screened porch! The unit was clean and well maintained! Loved having a washer and dryer in the back porch entryway! The beds were so comfortable and we slept great every night! We really liked the privacy of the Ocean Cove buildings as you can only reach the beach through the pool area! We were able to walk to the surfside pier as well as the garden city pier daily! Would definitely recommend this unit to future renters! I would recommend more silverware as we had to wash it daily to have enough to use the next day! Otherwise no complaints!

Location was great. Condo was a bit dusty but clean. Lots of unnecessary furniture pieces which made it a bit cluttered. We were there for my great niece's spring break. It was not crowded at all. Very quiet. Pools were very clean. Overall it was a really nice visit. Everyone said they'd stay there again.

I stood in the doorway to the master bath. I had about 2 inches of room from each shoulder. The doorways were just tiny. There needs to more shelving in the bathroom also. Two shelves could be put over the toilet, and that would provide plenty of space for storage. Taking our luggage to the 3rd floor was easy. Going towards our room was easy, but unloading our carting and walking the luggage down the 5 steps in the hallway and into our room was definitely NO fun. I have NEVER encountered anything like this in the 30 years of renting condos at Myrtle.

Beautiful condo, and we enjoyed our stay. A few things were missing, such as a can opener and other kitchen essentials, but Garden City housekeeping took care of it promptly. I would suggest a new sofa in the living room. It is very uncomfortable because the cushions are sagging . Had to sit on a pillow !

This is the 7th winter I've stayed in Waterforde 403. The only issues are the master bed needs to be replaced, the mattress on the bed is old and very difficult to sleep well on.
the unit has a wonderful view of the ocean and quiet in the winter months.

Very happy with being on the beach, friendly neighbors, frequent police presence, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, very nice condo. Location was great - near Murrell Inlet, Brookgreen Gardens, and friends.

This condo was very well furnished with everything we needed. We really liked the sliding glass doors and the fact that they closed tightly. Beds were very comfortable and the unit was all updated. Highly recommend this unit.

We really enjoyed our stay at south winds. We made the mistake of locking ourselves out in the rain on a Sunday! Buddy from maintenance was at the house to let us back in, in under 10 mins. We were incredibly impressed with his support. The pool was great since the ocean wasn’t too warm yet. We would definitely book again. My only complaint would be that the king size bed was too firm for our liking, but we got used to it.

A great location, a comfortable stay. Would like darkening curtains ....you can’t see the tv in the afternoon. Chairs and furniture small for bigger men. Bed comfortable. All necessary kitchen supplies are provided. 4th floor is perfect !

My husband and I just spent the months of February and March at this property. We were very pleased with our experience. It is very well located. The view from the balconies was beautiful. It was exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything you would need. We would definitely stay there again if it was available.
