This unit was nicely equipped and easily accessible being on the first floor. The view from the deck was fantastic and you can hear the ocean waves from virtually anywhere in the Unit. Unit was clean and well cared for. Access using key pad was easy. Would definitely consider staying here again.

great spending time with parents right on the beach walking out on the balcony and watching the waves coming and going. with a clean room I didn't have to worry. great location from the garden city pier my parents walk to and back each and afternoon.

We went to the beach for Easter weekend and had a blast. We stayed at Sandy Shores condominium which we rented from Garden City Realty where Drew Mclleveen & his staff do an excellent job in making the process of renting very easy. The location of this property is very convenient to Garden City Chapel and Murlles Inlet where we enjoyed a great seafood meal. We also went to the Carolina Opery on Saturday night & I would highly recommend this show. We finished our trip by worshiping Jesus on the beach with an Easter sunrise service and then went to Church at the Chapel for their Easter service. If you have never done this I would recommend that you do. What a wonderful weekend!

We have just completed our 7th stay at Seasider 405 and we are never disappointed. The condo is clean, the layout is roomy and comfortable and the ocean front location is wonderful. The hustle bustle of Mrytle Beach is close enough (20 minutes) to enjoy while the condo location is far enough south to offer the peace and quiet of a getaway vacation. Close to great shopping and excellent restaurants, I highly recommend this vacation rental.

We had a great vacation . The beach is a close walk, the pool was beautiful and the inlet was a beautiful landscape view. There were 8 adults and two dogs. Lots of room for everyone.

Love location of the condo. It could use some updating. The double beds had been changed out to twins. Which we were not happy about. But it was clean and that’s what’s important.

Wonderful ! The Rusty Pelican was perfect for me and my wife. Loved the sunsets over the inlet. House was perfect size and decorated really nice.

We have 3 boys (11, 4, 2), and it was a perfect fit. There was a cozy living space to settle together in the evening. But also enough room to spread out.

We had an overall great stay. We were initially very dissatisfied with having to make the beds and the bedding was a 6 on a 1-10 with 10 as the best. ( pillows horrible).
The house was very clean . No beach towels to use and the furniture is tired. The pool and hot tub were awesome , location and beach access terrific. Awesome beach and very well kept yard - corn hike is tired.
