Loved the location. I would recommend replacing/repairing the missing sections of the blinds in the den and master bedroom bc being on the second floor allows people walking the beach or pool side to see in the condo. My dad fixed as many as he could for you. Also this den needs a DVD player. Other than that everything was great.

I rented Surfmaster 303, 304, and 305 for a family reunion with my children and grandchildren. We had lots of fun together time at the beach, pool and tourist spots. The weather was incredible. Thanks for a great time!

This is our favorite property we've rented in Garden City. We've rented it for the past 3 consecutive years and have a deposit on it for next year. The location is great, the house is roomy and well-furnished and the pool and hot tub are great bonuses.

Property was great. Went to use some of the dishes and they were not clean. Frying pan still had food bad grease on it. Notified management however they did not resolve while I was there

The house offers great ocean front views along with an incredible on the beach location. The beach area does not get really crowded like other parts of MB and the pool is a huge bonus especially if you have kids. Plenty of room to move about the house / deck / patio / pool & beach areas to do whatever you want. Some minor critiques: 1) if you have to pay extra for bed linens (which I think should be included) then the staff should at least have all the beds set up on check in, 2) likewise, for the price, starting out with a roll of toilet paper in every bathroom on check would be nice, 3) the house has recently changed ownership and needs a little TLC (which I understand will occur in the off season) here and there including a WIFI boost to cover all areas of the house / deck / patio. All that being said, we enjoyed the house for our 2nd year and will likely return next year.

We have used this property several times in the past. It is just a good old beach house with all of the amenities that we look for in a beach house. There is large screened porch with rockers and eating tables. We ate most of our meals on the porch.

This was the second year that we've stayed in Sub Dial #33. My family enjoys the views, pool, beach access and my daughter loves the loft bedroom with a private balcony. The only things I would change is to also have Wi-Fi and a TV in the two actual bedrooms. As far as the amenities, I wish they would not lock the side gate from the parking lot. With that hate locked, we can't just go straight to the pool from the parking lot but instead had to climb up 3 flights of stairs and then back down 3 flights of spiral staircase. We have book #33 for 2015 so we are satisfied but would love that little addition!! Thanks.

Really nice place to say ,management was really helpful, location is really great it is close to everything, restrants activities,beach access and most of all ,just a wonderful place for a vacation or just a weekend get away.i would recommend garden city reality to my friends,family,and coworkers that is looking for a nice place for peaceful get away.thanks again for another great vacation!
