A FEW MINOR REPAIRS SHOULD BE DONE , BROKEN DRESSER DRAWER, NO REMOTES FOR 2 OF THE TV'S, FRONT DOWNSTAIRS DOOR WILL NOT UNLOCK WITH KEY. BUT OVER ALL IT IS A WONDERFUL HOUSE AND WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN NEXT YEAR AND FOR MANY YEARS TO COME . LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THE OUTDOOR SPACE!!

Our family enjoyed all the room, amenities, and especially the wifi of this home. What a nice surprise to have a cake waiting for us from the owner. We also liked being able to walk just a few feet to the beach. We rayed here before in 2007 and 2008, but never could get the whole family together again until this year. We love the upgrade of the the 3rd bathroom. We will be back next year.

I have stayed in several rental properties with Garden City realty and I have been very happy with all of them. This condo just happens to be one of my favorites. Close to pier, on the beach, close to stores and everything else I am interested in. The only issue I had was the WiFi is hit or miss as far as signal strength and the description said there were two flat screen high def TV's and there are regular standard tube tv's. But I don't speand much time on either while I am there so it was not a huge deal.

Thank you Garden City Realty and thank you owners of the property we rented! We had a wonderful stay at our property! We were VERY satisfied with our stay. The condition of the property was was first class...you could see how well the owners maintained their property along with GCR. The kitchen was well-appointed, the furniture, beds, and all around surroundings were so nice. The appliances were top notch! The pool was fantastic...all the kids wanted to do was go from beach to pool and REPEAT! All our little 5 year old wanted was the pool and pancakes!!! We had 6 grandchildren there plus their parents and ourselves....we can't say enough about how impressed we were with the cleanness, the property's condition and our overall experience of l living there for a week! If we did need anything GCR was on it in a professional, courteous manner. Thank you for a memorable vacation! We so appreciate such a great rental property being available to us and letting us experience such a wonderful vacation!!!

The unit was very nice, even thpough "haunted." The only concern was the hot water temperature was not as high as we like. We will ask for this unit again when we need a two bedroom. I also noticed the improvements of the property, shrubs, new garage floor and general "spucing up" lately. We have stayed at Surf Master for more than 25 years and enjoy the area and the condos. One very negative aspect is not allowing tent shelters this year on Garden City Beach but Surf Side Beach several hundred feet north permits them. Almost makes me want to move to Surf Side. All in all another enjoyable beach vacation.

Overall we had a great time. I'm not sure who cleaned the condo before we got there, but the bathroom could have been cleaned a little better( hair in tub and around commode). Also, the tub needs to have Liquid Plumber added. When we showered, water rose to our ankles and was extremely slow to drain.

Sea Forever was breathtaking - from the moment we saw the spacious interior to those first spectacular views from the crow's nest and porch. Fishing from the dock was great fun, and the beach was readily accessible. It's a perfect place to stay for vacation!

The house was amazing! My family and I could not have been happier staying at Heaven can Wait. the house is set up perfectly! Everything you need for an awesome beach vacation is here! It is right on the beach, the house was larger enough for everyone, nobody felt cramped in the house. There was just the right amount of bathrooms, the kitchen had everything there that you needed including a blender for all the frozen drinks! the air conditioner worked out great, we were worried that the upstairs would not get cool enough, we like it extra cool at the beach and it worked great! There could of been another big refrigerator, we had to all use coolers that we brought for drinks etc, there is only 1 big refrigerator, that is average in size and 2 little mini refrigerators so the coolers came in handy. The only negative comment I can leave is that the pool and hot tub were not filtering correctly, however the pool was on a service schedule every other day so it was fixed in no time, just wish there were no issues at all. But this would not stop us from returning to Heaven Can Wait. I would recommend this house to anyone! and we will definitely be back!

I selected a vacation condo simply from the on-line virtual tour. Oh my! The panoramic view shown from the balcony was breathtaking, and the furnishings were so elaborate! However, would Surfmaster 904 really look like the virtual tour? Yes, yes, yes!! The condo was fantastic. My husband and I had with us our three grandchildren, ages 5, 8, and 11, for their last summer fling before the start of school on 8/4/14. The condo was very clean, close to the elevator, and had anything one would need...well-stocked kitchen, wonderful showerheads, beach chairs for our use, plus two comfortable beds and a sofa bed, and much, much more. The pool and hot tub were perfect, in addition to the proximity to the beach which was just a few steps away. The children were from beach, to pool, to hot tub, simply back and forth for a week. Ordinarily, we would have been pooped, but the convenience of location of the three was so easy for us. Children were everywhere, so our grandchildren had fun with the others! Murrells Inlet had wonderful restaurants (Drunken Jack's is a yum! yum!), and the Marsh Walk was an extra treat. Had the grandchildren not been with us, there are many other activities my husband and I would have done; however, the trip was for the kids, and we followed their lead. They loved the water, the sand, ice cream parlors (Painters was soooo good), Gilligan's Island golf, and more. They weren't difficult to please...just happy to be at the beach. Garden City Rentals employees were so helpful with my reservation and would have helped us in any way possible. I would highly recommend #904 Surfmaster by the Sea to all and tell you to take time to enjoy the fabulous balcony view!! Have fun!! (Extra note for families with children...Surfmaster is very family/children friendly, and that is a big plus!)
