The unit was very comfortable and laid out just right for my wife and I. We enjoyed our stay, but would recommend the RM repair the ice dispenser in the fridge. Now worries though, Cameron in the cafe downstairs was more than happy to provide us with ice for our cooler. Overall, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Room 1207,overall experience was good. We asked for the Linen Service which was ample,good pre-wrapped. We asked for the top-of-bed to be cleaned and it was Monday before it arrived. We had about 10 Roach/Palmetto bugs. Called GC Realty and they came out ASAP and sprayed and we saw no more. Overall though,Parking-Good, Elevator-Good,Grounds,Pool-Good, Room-Good, Kitchen,Utensils,Appliances-Good, Bathrooms-Good,View-Good, WIfi-Good, Cleanliness-Good, Security-Good. Great View for Firework observation almost every night. We hardly left the Grounds. We had 3 Families and we had a great time and would go back to this unit.

After a few years away we were able to return to APAB3F. We had stayed there for 18 years when the kids were younger and it remains the perfect ocean front escape with great beach and a wonderful view. And away from all the crazy beach stuff. Pool is great for the kids and apartment has everything we need. Wonderful!

This was our first year staying at Grammies Playhouse and the first time back in Garden City in many years. Everything was great, we loved the house, plenty of room for everyone. The location was great, only steps from the beach. It was perfect for our family and also for our four-legged family members. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the dogs loved the fenced in backyard. We really enjoyed the big porch, it was so nice to just sit out there and enjoy the summer breeze. The only negative thing would be the really small showers in both bathrooms, but you can live with that for a week. We had no issues with the dryer as stated in another review, used it almost daily and it worked just fine. Our week was just great and we look forward to renting the house again.

We loved Grammies Playhouse!!! It was the perfect place to stay with kids. The house, beach, pool and the location was ideal. We can't wait to go back!

Plenty of room for our family of 12 with a full bath for each bedroom; so close to the beach that some of us never had to get farther than the deck (shaded with plenty of chairs); and fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators... It was an ideal vacation rental in a great location very close to Food Lion (practically across the street), Walmart (about 10 min. south), and Costco (about 10 min. north) for supplies. All of us were very impressed upon arrival and throughly enjoyed our week there!!! We would not hesitate to rent it again! :)
